Looks good Brad, best of luck with it! There was one use to go around here with wheels from an EP3 done in white, looked sweet!
-
Sweet, should go well with it! Shame im not at home, we could have had a run out to see how the turbo's compared on the road! As far as i know mark is running the K26 although i think he was looking into swapping it out for a k24
-
Was having a sneeky peek at this when it was still at marks before i left, turbo looked awesome! What ecu are you running? Should get Matty@Wallace to give her a power run, see how she compares to mine on td04. ps.... what@this!? K24!?
-
There is a good few members from here and tgtt in and around town but all the best trying to sort out a meet
-
I think its ok, but i wouldnt take my word as gospel cause im not 100% either! But when I switch my car off my gauge takes a good while to drop which i was told is normal, cant remember if mine goes to 0 or not!?
-
Fuck, some wild looking roads! Did yous plan shit to do/ places to go or just hit the road and take it as it came?
-
Id add a little bit more money and try get a nikon D3100, should get one for under £450. Kind of a budget slr but suppose to be good for the money
-
As above... revs!? Sounds awesome, looks like quite a nice motor too. Build thread!?
-
Fucking, WOW! As above, 10/10 for effort! I was going to post something similar on facebook, but suppose theres a fair chance he wouldnt know what the fuck it said
-
Damn thats clean! Looked pretty mint from the start but i suppose, only 18k Ive got a black series two rs turbo in my garage. Pretty mint as is but hope to restore it one day, my dad is itching to get on it
-
Thats the answer to my prayers though!! This will be why im near deaf!!
-
As above, even the its not the same on every engine! Remember you might want to wear gloves when adjusting after a burn cause that shit will get cosy!!
-
Where did you find the "HKS guidlines of length" !?? Is it the hks ct9 actuator you are using? Ive got mine set up as pictured above, If i were you i would hold the wastegate shut and adjust the arm lenth so it slots right on to the WG arm, take it for a burn and see how it is??

Was at Time Attack at knockhill and that crx was spinning the wheels as it came to the top of the hill on the main straight, its not even a massive crest either, was nuts!! Good to see the wallace evo back out to play!

-
It's out ready to play! Was away to pick up my old man from his knee op and didn't think his knee would appreciate a run in the Gt It was in for mapping on Thursday
-

-
ill be on the other side of the world...... booooooo

I didnt think there was any pressure on the oil return? Strange to still be pushing past with clips on!?
-
Correct me if I'm wrong but that bottom left graph isn't your fuel pressure it's your afr You have to be running more than 12psi of fuel pressure, I think standard is 2.4 or 2.6 bar
-
Are you going to be getting afr's checked yeah? I would have thought 3 bar would be safe enough till checked as long as you aren't wringing it's neck but I'm no expert!!
-
Didn't realise you were going to be able to monitor it once it had been started! What set up are you running? I'd set it to 3 bar on idle and drive off boost until you can get afr's checked. ATM 3 bar fuels my td04 well at .7 bar of boost on stock injectors.

Pretty sure tightening (screwing in) makes it chatter as it stops the valve opening And loosen (screwing out) makes it dump
-
Id jump at the chance mate! Not Oz for me cause the spiders are huge ;) Im away to new zealand in four weeks, got a visa for a year to see how it goes. Take the bull by the horns bud, you'll regret it if you dont, life is far too short

As above, loosen the nut that is at the bottom of the thread then turn the srew to adjust it. I wouldnt be "roughly" adjusting fuck all tbh!
