  1. Cheers dude. Its not on Ebay anymore. I found Phil on facebook and had a look at some of his pics though. Glad to see its still going strong and not been crashed or anything. I'm feeling a bit nostalgic about it atm. Lol.
  2. Hey peeps. Looking for my old Glanza. (White 1996 V) Just wondering if someone on here owns it. I know that the guy I sold it to is driving an Evo these days and sold it on. Anyone have any info? Cheers Matt D
  3. I've currently got a Scooby. My Glanza was way more fun, faster and better handling. However... I can get all my sports equipment in the back of the Scooby (kayak, paddle, outdoor kit etc...) and it can take me anywhere due to 4WD system. Makes rivers/mountains a lot more accessible. Plus its not a daily and is only driven on weekends. Therefore the Scooby wins for me purely on practical reasons. Its a Bugeye Estate version by the way. ;)
  4. I'm from Harlow. Although I drive a Scooby these days. Still in touch with a few Starlet heads and keep an eye on the forums though. ;)
  5. Amazing build Matt. Im assuming you will be running R888's or similar once this is finished. Lol.
  6. Cor can just about see my old Glanza in that pic in the first post. Just peeking out from behind Jays. I would pop down to this but im in Scotland that weekend. Buggar.
  7. I'll be there. Coming along with Jaycglanza17 again. Hoping to have another Starlet again by next year so I can bring my own car. Lol. See you tomorrow. Matt D

  14. I am going to bring this to Japfest with me in case anyone decideds they want it. Still for sale.
  15. Im now coming to this in Jayc-glanza17's car.
  16. Another thing... Did you get your Bee*R new or used? There should be 2 loops of wire coming out of the side of the unit. They determine whether it is used with a 4 + 6 cylinder and rotary engines. Make sure the one for 4 cylinder is cut. (Grey wire) Here are the levels of cut for rev 1 and 2: 0 2500 1 3000 2 3500 3 4000 4 4500 5 5000 6 5500 7 6000 8 6500 9 7000 A 7500 B 8000 C 8500 D 9000 E 9500 F 10000
  17. You need to wire the white cable to the handbrake. This is how the Bee*R know when or when not to cut spark. Try that then set all the knobs on the Bee*R to 2 or 3 and tune it from there. My personal recomendation it that you do not let the Bee*R interfere with your upper rev limit while driving. EG: set it at like 10k revs so it will never come on. This way it will only cut spark while handbrake is on. I think Rev 1 is while handbrake off and rev 2 is while handbrake on. MD
  18. Now on TGTT http://www.toyotagtturbo.com/forums/showthread.php?104036-Dave-Burwash-Memorial-Meet-24-03-2013&p=1118097#post1118097
  19. Have you confirmed a date and time for this yet John? I saw a confirmed place but not sure on the date. I'll get it up on TGTT once its sorted. Seemed to work well last year. I'll be up for coming as long as I have nothing planned for the date its held already. Wont be in the Starlet though as I sold it. I'll let its new owner know though. Maybe he will be up for it. ;) Matt D
