The oil seals on the TD04 thats on it have gone. I have another TD04 to replace it with but it needs rotating and wastegate welding. As im selling the car there is no point in doing that. The CT9 is in very good condition so that will be going back on and I will sell the TD04 kit seperatly.

For sale: White 1996 Glanza V Item Condition: Used. Tax till August 2013, MOT till March 2013 114000 miles Loads of history Price and price conditions: £2995 Extra Info: Unfortunately I have to sell my Glanza as I need a car which is more suitable for long motorway journeys and practicality. I have owned this car for 6 years and I am the only UK owner. The car has been TD04 turbo from Subaru Impreza at 14psi running 233bhp but is being returned to CT9b turbo at 13psi for the purposes of sale. This car made 175bhp with this setup. The cam belt was changed less than 3000 miles ago and the clutch was replaced less than 5000 miles ago. A recent compression test showed an equal level of compression across all 4 cylinders and pressure was what was expected for an engine of this age and mileage. I have spent thousands on this car during my ownership and was a completely stock example when I bought it. Gutted that I have to part with it.  Spec list: Engine Stock 4EFTE Reconditioned 4EFTE Head New Complete Engine Gasket Set including head gasket. My build thread showing all ups and downs I’ve had with this car can be found here: http://www.toyotagtt...entryuserid=110 Bad points: Drivers side door has a scratch due to being keyed. 2 dash light bulbs are not working. Water temp needle shows cold when driving (either sensor or thermo stuck open) Drivers side headlight is a little misty (common with Glanzas) Pictures: Contact Details: Email me or 07725316040 Location: Harlow, Essex Delivery & Conditions of Delivery: Pick up only, Viewings/inspections welcome. Hey Guys. Thought I would put my project thread up on here. Seem to using this site a bit more nowdays. Im gonna be lazy and copy and paste it from TGTT. Lol. Here she is!!! I bought the car from a company called "Fensport" based in Chatteris, Cambridge. I was orginally after a black V but i fell in love with this white one. These are the sellers pictures: Apart from some nice pedals and a terrible set of TSW wheels the car was in stock form. It had also had the odometer and speedo changed to MPH. This is my first Starlet and i gotta say that really dont want anything else. I just love it! Anyway... Time went on and i started modding. Brakes and a few service items: New stereo as there was no point having the stock Jap radio, and a proper boost gauge: Some woman in a range rover reversed into me. Wasnt happy. Luckily the damage wsn't too bad. Got it sorted through insurance company within a month. Lost the Glanza decal on that side though. Have no idea how this happened to my speedo converter! New VS old comparison. I swapped the front seats for GT seats as the Glanza seats were making my back ache. Bargin at £40 for the pair. Also got rid of the back seats. Carpeted the rear and bought a strut brace: More brakes: Then clutch gave up so bought a new one. Bit overkill on the stock engine but that wont always be the case ;) : Some more up to date pics: Thats the main bits so far. Next thing i gotta do is the suspension and get rid of the terrible wheels. Update 18/05/09 Got hold of an inlet mani. Cleaned and painted it ready for when rebuild time comes. Some more bits and bobs. Painted the arches ready for some fresh coilovers. Clear indicators. Painted the Bulb holders to match the headlights. Update: 08/12/09. Right. I did have another page but it has gone missing. I have a couple of extras to add aswell. Dave and Darren fitted my handling stuff. Thats better  Stopping and handling is much better nw than stock. :drive: So its time to start stocking up on engine upgrades. 255lph Fuel Pump: Fuel Pressure Regulator: Actuator: Painted and fitted a splitter that i have had sitting on top of my wardrobe fo about 2 years. Then... Had a little accident. Will be going in to be repaired on 11/12/09. So... All the damage was repaired. Worked out well as I now have a pro paint job on the optional splitter instead of my aerosol jobbie. Couple of part deliveries: New HUD. Bit of painting: Represent ;) Filter Relocation Kit: J Perfomance Exhaust: Turbo Kit Arrived! Cant wait for it all to be fitted now!!!! :drive: 25/08/10 Well. The car went in to have a turbo kit and a load of other parts fitted yesterday. Unfortunatly when the stock manifold was removed it revealed a chunk of head that has cracked away from the fourth exhaust port: Head needs to be rebuilt and skimmed now. Nevermind. Update 13/04/2011 Been a while since I have updated this. I had all the head work carried out and some of my stockpiled parts fitted. I also changed my plans for my turbo setup aswell. So sold the Speedvision kit and am now working on putting together another one. Im looking for 200 - 230bhp ish so have decided to go externally gated TD04 setup. I got my hands on an adapter plate for cheap and was thinking of using this with WEPR's CT9 power up kit as it will give me the freedom of being able to chop and change between a number of different turbos. Still un decided if i will follow this route. This is how the engine bay stands at present. Exhaust. Sounds great. Especially with the gutted CAT. Messed about with my battery sleeve: Picked up some scooby parts. TD04, TD05 and some seatage. Decided to sell the TD05 as i will not be going forged anytime soon and would have been wasted on me. Seats fitted: Filter relocated and a few little bits painted. Discovered a crack in my exhaust manifold so replaced that. Also painted my rocker cover and radiator aswell. Bought another FMIC from TM-Developments. Fitted it myself. Bit of bumper cutting involved but nothing too major. Seen a lot worse. Lol Cleaned her up a little with a quick wire tuck and some white hoses. Had the car dynoed!!! It made 174.5bhp @ 13psi!!!!! Pretty pleased with that result! Couple of random pics from a meet. Rotated TD04L turbo with TM-Developments braided oil and water lines. Refurbished my wheels. Ended up like this: The full thread on the wheel refurbishment can be found here: http://www.toyotagtt...111#post1066111 30/04/12 - Update!!!! Retrimmed my doorcards And the rest of my turbo kit arrived!!! Excited! :) Together: Update - 06/05/12 Got the TD04 Fitted! Heres some pics I took throughout the day. Stripped CT9 kit CT9 Zisco kit is great and the car now sounds awesome in comparrison to before. Car goes off to have Dastek Unichip and remap on 30th May 2012. Update 12/06/12 Finally got my ECU fitted and mapped today at Redline Tuning in Basildon. Made 232.6bhp @ 14psi. Well happy!! Richard at Redline was great and came out on the road with me for some road mapping after the dyno session to make sure all was sweet. Heres some pics: Still plodding on...
