in stock trim 0.35bar is low boost and 0.65bar is high boost... It varies n the car but between 0.8 and 1bar fuel cut will be hit... All boost gauges will vary too!

Always said this... Forged Engines are all well and good if built yourself... But if it goes wrong, its YOUR problem.... Risking £1500 worth of parts.... If you go to a specialist and it goes wrong, NOT your problem... Take it back... Besides that, hope you get it sorted mate and I hope its something simple!

mechanically. Id say these cars suffer from: Engine bottom end shells or headgaskets... gearbox, crunching into gears shocks leaking... but tbh, the usual checks u will be fine! rust isn't usually an issue, but have a look around the bodywork like you would normally!

Avoid the Aftermarket manifolds on ebay. There made of tingtong metal and will crack in weeks Any manifold from Zisco, Race-Tech or WEPR will stand you in good stead! Just make sure you have a decent map to ensure EGT's stay at a decent level!

A JAM ecu, will remove the fuel cut... It may well be ok up to 1bar, but it may over boost higher then 1bar... Try it n see! You wouldn't need an ecu to ruin 0.6bar on a td04.... Its easier then you think and not that costly if you pick up a kit 2nd hand in the marketplace for the right price
