Right... I managed to find a PC I could replicate this one... This is fixed now I believe.... May take some time to filter thru/refresh Report back folks I cant bug fix without you helpful folk xx

White Smoke is Water.... So water is getting into the engine in some way.... You'd expect this from a cold start but it should dissappear as the system warms up! Blue smoke is most likely the turbo seals... Thats the first thing to try as TD04's are cheap! Black Smoke, generally you'll only see this when your engine is under load, revving the car in neutral wont show this... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LWpvdFoZWOg See here at 25secs.... That is a bit excessive.... but black smoke is nothing to worry about in small doses...

Was the car cold when u filmed that? If it was up to temp... and its bluey coloured could be turbo seals yeh.... If it was cold could just be moisture in the exhaust it is very cold atm!

Temp Sensor and Lambda's can cause the mix to go rich... Might be worth getting fueling re-checked at TD....

water temp sensor should already be there? Cant see why the ECU would need fuel or oil pressure senders.. Unless your datalogging....

Put it this way... Slightly too rich black smoke slightly less power less heat safer map or Slightly too lean no smoke slightly more power more heat potential to blow engine...

Core off. Quick soapy wash in a sink. Dry it. On your knees in front of the tv. Knife. Straighten all the fins out. Autosol metal polish afterwards. Looks like new. Tis summink I do every winter. Sucks but it's worth it. -
