my mates has took a shit load more off 1 and 4 today and done some more smoothing, he then shot blasted the whole outside of it! lookin much better, all he needs to do now is skim the flanges and its good

excuse the shite quality pics... but my mates taken it back to one of the guys in the machine shop... remoeved those 2 nubbes and smoothed it all out... see wat u reckon: runner 3 from head flange: runner 2 from head flange: runner 2 from turbo flange: runner 3 from turbo flange: hows this look now? safe to run at 1 bar. this is only to do me while i save for a bigger turbo conversion! TM Developments they not too bad! take a look at there website! i have done about 4miles on them, so im yet to bed them in and see wat there like, but yeh u do get various different noises due to the grooves

yo guys... it is noticable increase in peformance yes, the chattering noise made by the turbo is also louder and slower (cooler) spool time, the ct9 is so fast at spooling you'll hardly tell the difference, so dont let that worry you! -

Bigger the Intercooler Colder the Air Colder then Air, The More Dense it is... More dense it is, the more oxygen there is... More oxygen = more power -
explain and put them right on the emissions.... they cant fail it unless it fails a pre-cat test... and as for the foglight, run a lightup switch to the bottom right tailight.... then u wont need to piss about mounting a fucking gash foglight on the rear bumper...

a tatty white box arrived this morning: which then revealed: Brand New SCAT Forged Conrods w/ARP 2000 Rod Bolts there expensive new, the only reason i bought it because i got a bargain... £160 good ole ebay! my mate who works for rilmac is porting and gasflowing a spare manifold ive got so i can safely run at 1bar again and get my top end revvyness back still more to come out of this yet, alot more also, my front brakes are down to metal so a brake upgrade might be on the cards! Watch this space
