you'll need to either tap the threaded sensor into the sump or use an oil filter sandwich plate to hook the sensor into. if you just have the gauge without the sensor then you'll need to buy the associated sensor and harness.

if its hard all the time you may find its the springs, plus if they're leaking then they may well have seized, thus there isn't any rebound, you may aswell have a steel girder for a strut

none are direct fit, all will need some tweaking to a certain extent, be it redrilling a hole or doing some serious welding. the chassis isn't shared with any other car so nothing will be a direct bolt in, as far as i'm aware.

ye use a 4age mate, the weight is neglegable, considering the convenience of being able to use the 4age and all the parts that come with it. its quite a common conversion, so would work well. either that, or go SR20, and go spinning about all over the place uncontrollably.
