rain doesn't get the mud off? maybe not, but it gets it wet, thus, it looks a little cleaner. remains filthy when it dries but who cares. if i do ever clean it, i use a sponge and a bottle of wash&wax, job done. do it as quick as i possibly can, i absolutely hate cleaning cars, its an absolute nightmare, and horribly annoying. plus i end up soaking wet as i cannot seem to ever control a hose. plus, its absolutely filthy again after two days because my commute takes me through agricultural roads, so it doesn't last long at all. so, rain is my washing method, and will remain to be for the forseeable future (that and driving really fast whilst hoping the dirty sort of.....falls/rolls off.....maybe.....)
