Sure, I m open to other suggestions, but i ve used caps in the past with no issues. Its for a Td04 setup that will be running roughly around 220 bhp. So need something slighly uprated to cope with the extra torque.

Have a look on here dude: http://www.cleanyourcar.co.uk/forum/ It has a wealth of knowledge about different cleaning techniques, and what products to use etc. Be warned though, you most probs well end up heading over to the shop section of the site and spending a fortune...but seriously lol. When I used to be really into this I would: rinse first with water Snow foam rinse again shampoo/clean with micro fibre mit, using the 2 bucket method rinse again dry clay bar polish Wax/sealent HTH

Does anyone know if there is anyway to modify the rails on an ep82 to go further back? I quite like seatiing position in the GT, however my older brother needs to use the car too, and he has bad knees /sports injury. So I some how need to be able to get the seats to go slightly further back. Is there anyway to do this, or will I need different seats and rails? Thanks

Hi guys, Nearly completed collecting all the bits to td04 my ep82. I was just wondering what sort of bhp/torque people have made running the td04 on stock internals with fcd and rrfpr?; and for how long? Obviously an emanage etc, would be a better option, but my ep will only be used once a month if that. From what I can gather, I should be able to safely run between 0.8-1 bar with this combo once its been setup on a r/r ? Thanks
