What they said ^^^^^^^^^ Check the wiring. Had the exact same issues a few years back on my old GT...nearly drove me insane. Turned out to be a damaged wire.

Funny you mention this. I just bought an FTX Edge Brushless 1/10 Buggy today. Would love to get my hands on something drift orientated next though. Looking forward to seeing some of your pics man. If you can, keep it man. I left the scene and sold mine back in 2007. Had some nice cars since that were quicker and even more refined.But I can honestly say I regret getting rid of my starbo.6 years on Ive got a boring a3 tdi s line for my daily...and I just had to get my hands on another another starbo for weekends. My vote would be to keep it and get it mapped!

Sorry to thread jack, but I thought I'd post here instead of making a new thread. I'm going to be collecting parts shortly, to either run 1 bar on my et9 setup, or maybe even the td04 route (but at lower boost say 0.8 bar). I was just wondering whether an fcd and rrfpr would suffice or would I be better off with the emanage...especially with the td04 setup? Is there any major differences in terms of reliability and driveability between the emanage setup and rrfpr/fcd ? The car is just a weekend toy, so won't be used daily. But I would like it to be reliable and driven hard from
