damage update nothing major, but had some tw@t in a audi scuff along the back bumper the other day, so it'll be going to get repaired in the next few weeks hopefully. so at the moment the car looks like a bit of a slag, its filthy! i cant be bothered to clean it while its damaged. Rich.

i might take it to the place where jamie (red corsa in the photoshoot section) took his and see what i get. if i cant find a problem i'll take it to mr burwash!

i loved the red wheels personally! they still are my favorite! yeah, i still think we should find out what car he drives and give it a kicking!

im the same mate. i personally prefer the silver, i'd like one in red tho.

yeah, i know, but its my daily driver, and i do alot of miles! i actually drive like a bit of a granny most of the time! my car is de- restricted to permanent hi boost, apparently the low boost doesnt drink any less tho!

i had 3g 20 groove discs and greenstuff pads on my old n/a and the standard disc and pads on my v are about 4x better. i would stick with a plain disc for road use.

get someone who knows to install it for you. trust me, i have done two alarm systems myself and they were a nightmare. the last one took me about 6 hours to do, because i didnt know what i was looking for! its best for peace of mind too.

you see, theyre about the miles i was expecting from the v, but its never really done very well on fuel... well it doesnt stink of fuel out the back like it used to, (since fitting the decat) but its still quite thirsty considering the lack of modifications. no, but i tried a 96 ecu before and it didnt seem to make alot of difference. im gonna hve to get this thing rolling roaded, it just worries me so much now.

yeah, the corsa is fucking mint. its resprayed in a audi red... no idea which one, but im sure he'll be along soon to explain.

check all the hosing on the tmic, i had erratic boost when i first got the v, it turned out to be about 4 separate boost leaks, all is well now tho.

the brakes on the v are ok in normal driving and when ive needed to slam on them they have stopped me, but i find they dont inspire confidence. but then again neither does the abs system!

ok the v is drinking the stuff at the mo, and fuel prices have obviously gone up, i was just wondering what mods people have had done and how many miles they get to a full tank? mods: 0.8bar boost decat 2 1/4" exhaust system bov standard intake run on super with octane booster 180-220 miles to a full tank.

thats correct. altho it is a bit annoying having a speedo that will go up to 180mph. buy a speedo converter.

phil, so you have led's in your cluster? if so the dimmer wont work. mine didnt.
