I'd use the pop-orange skin but the IPB one has so many other features like "quick edit" -- for me who types, posts, then goes back to check for spelling and grammar it's a godsend... There's a few other features that I can't think of but use that aren't included in pop-orange either?
I worked out a Garrett GT20 would be pretty ideally suited to the 4EFTE -- But going by what Paul said mapping the GT last month with the TD04, it sounds impressive! The compressor maps for turbos tell you how efficient a the compressor of a given turbo will be at certain RPM's & boost levels... The one for the GT15 is: I've got loads of bits of paper lying around with calculations on for the 4E but it took a lot of assumptions -- which could maybe be improved on. [edit] Garrett says the GT1548 only serves up to 200bhp -- but reckon the turbine wheel would give almost no lag whatsoever [edit]
heh -- try this... Highlight what's in the box above ^ ^ ^ copy, then paste it into a reply -- your image should appear then.
Here you go mate -- Hope this helps till you get the hang of things: I like the wheels mate! The cars really nice -- dunno about the scoop though, or the white wind deflectors? P.S Click it to get the full size image.
see the url (link) you've pasted there? ALl you need to do is put in front of it and [//img] behind it (but with only one slash) and it will pop up Shelly I did a Long Imageshack How too for the last site but it got lost somewhere... I'll do one later if I've got time though.
to get.... a hoooooooooooooooooooooj pic!!!!! If you pics is that big I suggest copying the code it gives you for "thumbnails for forums" that'll give you something like -- which you click on to get the bigger pic: But you just paste that in as it gives you -- all the tags are already there.
not quite... but almost... See the img code I've put in the code box above.... copy that, but replace the url of my pic with the url you got off of imageshack?? Get me? ===========================FOR EXAMPLE============================================ Your url is http://img96.imageshack.us/img96/4641/picture047fc1.jpg -- You want to paste it between to tags that look like [img][/img] ie... ] To get...
Well if you cover up the back one... the front one looks pretty real (I had to hurry with the back because I was doing it on my lunch break and had to cut it short )
So you've uploaded a pic to image shack? Once it's done it should give you a bunch of code alongside for whatever you want to do with the pic... Blog, thumnail for forums. If it's not a huge pic I usually just copy the direct link url to the pic and then encase it in BB (a dodgy quick photoshop I did for Gee on TGTT)
Was just using MSN's version of Google maps -- It's actually a lot better because Google maps doesn't even have the outline of my village usually but this one I can zoom right in on my house When you use it choose "aerial" from the box where you zoom in to get the satellite images. Anyway here are a couple cool places I navigated to... post up sites or places you think are interesting Mauchline -- where I live The main building at Glasgow Uni -- Where I went The place I was born and grew up -- New Germany RSA (they obviously don't have good sat photo's of South Africa) And now some tourist photo's Sydney Opera House Area 51 -- well a bit of it Golden Gate bridge The statue of Liberty The Hollywood sign Stonehenge Have a shot and post up some cool places!!
Is that a rear valance on the front? Wouldn't look too bad if you had deeper side skirts to match it... it looks a tad front heavy right now. Looks pretty fly though.
Got a couple things up my sleave for now -- There will be pics when the time comes though It's nothing bodywork wise, I'm happy with the look of the car (Although I always really wanted the optional 96 splitter ) Also I had the opposite side of the car jacked up from what I usually jack up but the front shocker had a TRD sitcker on it that I couldn't see before so I know now that they're TRD shocks and not KYB as I had previously assumed (although they come out the same factory I've been tol)
Had the rare opportunity since the weather turned shit to give the car a good wash and polish today... shame as I was going to take the photos I got caught in a little shower of rain It did make a nice rainbow which I tried desperately to get in shot but I never got it Anyway here are some that I took
