An FCD won't keep you on the safe side -- It'll just let you get past the factory fuel cut ie. Fuel Cut Defencer (Which technically is the dangerous side) It basically tricks the ECU into thinking that you haven't gone past the point of fuel cut (0.9BAR I'm sure though no-one has given me a definitive answer) So therefore you aren't fueling for the boost you'll be running which will lead to you running lean, detonation and pistons with great big holes in them. My mate (Paul by the way Geo if you might want to hire his services ) ported the intake to his super T70 and started making boost 500rpm earlier.

You can hybridise 2 ways (with a word explantion) -- Make the turbine wheel smaller, which will aid spooling. Make the compressor wheel larger, which will provide more flow. Obviously you can do combinations of the two etc to suit yourself.

Yeah it can but you'd be pretty unsure of the boost you'll be running -- I know a lot of people say say xx mm for 1bar etc but I'd recommend a boost gauge!
