Gaz is 100% right -- BOV's will only be able to dump so much gas as the throttle is closed. The rest gets forced back through the compressor housing giving the compressor surge/stall "chopping" sound. You can get it in a standard GT/Glanza by just turning up the boost and adding a filter -- the OEM ricirc BOV can't dump enough gas so it chatters back through the filter.

I saw a set that came with a keyring in corfu when I was on holiday -- no joke! They were like â?¬12 or something! And the sets with the grub screws didn't deter the kids around my way -- they still managed to get them off and wrecked the thread on my bros valve at the same time.

Just rub at the excess glue with some petrol -- it's a natural solvent and as long as you don't leave it on the paintwork for days it shouldn't harm the paint too much. Also heat gns can get nasty -- just use a good hairdryer!

Well I'm at the understanding that the letters have to be of legal size (but my mate has a 75% size plate and it still looks legal) but you can cut it down to as close to the letters/numbers as you want! So I was gonna try keep the reg as big as possible then cut it down as close as I could? Something along the lines of this...

I bought the car off ebay -- It used to be raced in some RC Series -- has loads of (what I've found to be) expensive hop-ups -- tuned race exhaust, different ratio gears, lots of CF, different suspension... Goes like stink! P.P.S As you can see I don't take it extremely seriously as you can see by the multiple flip and roll at the end!

Well the unpainted shell cost me £35 -- Then probably the same again on paints, smoke and seal for the underside... So it's not cheap for a new shell!

Never actually thought of this as a hobby -- I just bugger about with it but I paint all my own shells! The Carbon Fibre bonnet on my Hachi Roku shell tooks ages to get perfect but looks pretty trick I thought! Got the drift kit for it too, a very expensive-but-fun hop-up! Here's my good shell (don't use it in bad weather!)

My Bro got his S13 for £1900 about 2 years ago from someone who didn't really know what they had (a woman ) His wasn't A1 condition either -- and since then because of the drifting scene they've had a bit of a revival price-wise! So they'll prob still go for about that figure! The CA18 is a pretty decent engine though -- and fairly easy to tune too! My bro's running "Stage 2" as they call it on the SXOC and runnin 280bhp, it's a quick car!

Because they probably left it sitting... (ie they stole it too -- and used it to ram the gates)

Can I ask you what percentage your front number plate is reduced Toymota? I'm needing to get a reduced one so I can get some more flow through my FMIC. A touch bigger than yours would prob keep me from being pulled by the coppers round here!

I think I've seen that white Glanza before -- dunno where though, but the filter air-vent thingy-bob on the side rings a bell in my head!
