  1. You wouldn't necessarily know the difference until you have one, the rear end is so much more planted on mine now And if you go quite low then the likelihood is yes you WILL need a panhard rod as the drivers side rear will scrape if the wheels aren't a very high offset
  2. That looks awesome! You're really good at that!
  3. Iddy how much would a full set be? (Minus the Anti Lift kit one because I have an ALK ready to fit)
  4. Can't comment on the ones you mentioned but at 27psi my Rainsports held up perfectly, pretty much no wear on them after a 20min session. It was on my NA but I was on the absolute limit in the corners Grip was excellent, and the handling couldn't have been improved much more without an LSD, tyres were not really a limiting factor I found
  5. I've been told/read that if applied wet, it shrinks and wraps tighter/more solid when it's set? I did mine wet anyway and yeah it was a messy job lol
  6. I did the same. Somehow the shit got up the sleeve of my hoody lol
  7. My GT was amazing on track if I may say so myself In the straights I hammered a lot of other cars but was slightly off the pace in the corners but was still better than a lot of other motors. Only at 1 bar CT9, springs, braces, LSD, T1Rs With coilovers, ARBs, ALK, Polybushes, Panhard rod, Rainsports it should be so much better!
  8. Lol you know what I'm trying to say here. My point is due to my brakes being thicker or whatever it pushes the wheels out And I was referring to preferring an ET20 in specifically the one Matt posted later, the 15x7. Going from pictures and what other people have said in that size and offset it wouldn't scrub much. I wasn't talking about having any size in ET20 lol
  9. Feels a lot more solid with one, buy an adjustable panhard rod!
  10. You will be fine with Rainsports/T1Rs, both have worked well for me although the T1Rs melted a little lol
  11. Those look decent, if I was to buy them myself I'd prefer an ET20 offset. That's about the limit without having major scrubbing issues
  12. Ah I see! My NA was only used on track once, and the rear stepped out a few times as I think it was too stiff maybe. My GT only had braces and springs when I used it on track and although it didn't handle anywhere near as well, it did slide through the corners (albeit with a fair bit or roll) nicely. I'm hoping when I transfer the coilovers and ARBs etc from the NA>GT it'll have the handling characteristics I'm after!
  13. Got a quote of £135ish from Arch Enemy, but you can do it yourself a lot cheaper. I found someone to lend me a roller for £25/wknd
  14. I assume a fair bit, but EP91s are easy to work on (Coreys arches are pulled loads and it looks awesome). EP82s are a pain in the ass to roll in comparison because of the trim that needs cutting etc! My ET13 7j are very wide 0.5" past the outermost part of the arch, but I think my brakes push them out further making the offset much lower. Grid drifts are 16x8 et10 so you could probably make it seeing as others have done!
  15. It's the weight I wouldn't like reps for. A genuine set of RPF01s in black are one of my dream wheel sets
  16. I'd say £150 max, I don't ever remember them being anywhere near this pricey but GLWS
  17. Thanks for that! Is that out of 15 in hardness? Is there a reason to run softer in the back? I'm guessing because the rear ends are twitchy? I ran it quite hard on the back of my NA and the rear snapped on me at Donington
  18. Did you get any in your skin? lol Let us know if it makes any difference to the noise/popping factor. Surprised you used so little, my SPS Decat and Japspeed took nearly 30M!
  19. Search for dare alloys, pretty sure they have them in 15
  20. They're on Ebay dude. If they had 7j in ET20 I'd probably buy them. If they were light that is, but I doubt they are!
  21. Thanks! Just effort making them fit when I don't have much time on my hands!
