  1. Ali_legend is looking for a civic
  2. I know it flows more air, but as long as the fuelling is spot on isn't a TD04 safer on your engine long term? Sorry for the hijack!
  3. I'd have thought at the same boost pressure it would be safe as long as it's fuelled properly. Eg CT9 at one bar puts out a lot more heat than TD04 at 1 bar so TD04 is safer?
  4. Congrats dude! Hurry up and get that thing built!
  5. I've got a bung for next time haha
  6. Welcome! Pics of the car? Get a pic of the sports cat if you can, never seen one on a Starlet!
  7. Ah 16s we all assumed you had 15s
  8. They have dry grip too, drive like a man! Bit of a rip there man, I'm sure Josh got his for about £170 odd (4 tyres)
  9. I have indeed http://www.ukstarletclub.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=47055
  10. 101.4dB on a piddly 4efe
  11. Our Leon has epic chatter from the FMIC and exhaust
  12. Car failed the sound test so didn't get a chance lol At Donington I have two session so will see how it goes
  13. These fit Glanzas too, I bought mine from a Glanza owner
  14. They're quite a soft tyre, grip well in the dry (not as well as paradas) but do wear quickly. Wet grip is good too compared to Paradas Uniroyal Rainsport 2s are a lot better, more dry grip than T1Rs and wet grip is immense too, a much better all round tyre and it doesn't wear as quickly. Been told they grip well on track too!
  15. Nah you get them in the post with all the info you need a few weeks before. Go for it, it's awesome fun!
  16. Counterpart and the indemnity forms, normal license
  17. Oh fair enough then. 200+bhp should get you 150mph so don't think you have anything to worry about lol
  18. I don't see the point in asking about top speed, these cars are about power to weight Acceleration in an EP is more fun than top speed, which can get scary given they feel like tin cans at high speeds lol
  19. Wow that is insane Can't believe you've had the car for so long too!
  20. You WILL need longer studs, 15mm is a lot
  21. What a bastard!
  22. Cool, keep me updated! An FE clutch will not handle my driving on track lol
  23. I tried doing this but what we think was a faulty pressure plate prevented gears from being selected. As long as you use a matching clutch and flywheel technically it should work. Good luck as I'm hoping to re-attempt this in a few weeks!
  24. I don't think I'll be going to Combe again either. A combination of traffic, size of venue and it being during uni time all being contributing factors! Donnington is awesome, plenty of room for club/trade stands but in a condensed enough area that you can see the whole show! And like you said the track is just immense, can't wait to drive it again!
