That's pretty smart I never thought of that Need to up my meat intake, I use whey simply because it's cheaper than meat etc Starting Stronglifts 5x5 this week, should be interesting if I can progress only doing Squats, Bench, Deadlift, Rows and Overhead press!

Oh almost forgot thanks to Ishaq, got these looms through to convert my indicators to USDM style indicators Also some amber bulb paint from Germany, £4 and it arrived over the weekend..German efficiency lol Needed the bulb paint because I couldn't find double filament amber bulbs anywhere and I don't have amber corners! Should look a little like this But a bit more unique as I've not seen it done with Glanza '98 spec indicators before Amjad

I think it's between £70-80 to fill the tank, MPG is a bit worse this time of year because of the cold I managed 45mpg going to Reading and back the other day with some town driving. Last summer I was easily getting between 50-55mpg on motorway runs with a bit of town driving! I think in the summer we got like 725 miles off a full tank, I really wanna get an eco remap done though to extract a bit more oomph and more mpg

FTE Clutch and Lightened Flywheel waiting to go on.. Crank seal was leaking so unfortunately the job's gonna have to wait until next month when I'm back home again. Also decided to get my shocks replaced and get some KYB Excel-G gas shocks so hopefully will be buying those soon! Just need to find some good condition/cheap new top mounts because I had an advisory last MOT so if anyone has any links let me know Amjad
