  1. Sorted! Fitted it the same way it is now but I used the new supplied T-Piece in case the sensor required it. Cut part of the Map sensor bracket and the sensor is bolted with it and the filter is cable tied in series with some vacuum pipes under the strut brace

  4. Oh I thought it was down from 5.2kg lol I haven't weighed it myself but been told it was 5.2>3.7kg after Paul I bought the FTE clutch and flywheel to go on my NA and haven't had it fitted yet due to a leaky crank seal. Should free up a few horses hopefully
  5. Yeah they're not really owned by enthusiasts now The guy drove straight past my GT and NA which were parked out on the street, thought he'd at least have slowed down to cop a look

  11. Out of interest how much does it weigh? I've never heard of a Cusco lightweight flywheel before, must be pretty rare!

    Has anyone tried stronglifts regime? The Myprotein Facebook page posts about it a lot, its based on compound exercises I might try it

  16. Can anyone help me with the fitting of my Depo boost gauge please? I'm a bit confused as to how to fit the vacuum hosing, here's a pic. Can anyone tell me where the t-piece, boost sensor and air filter ie in the car or in the engine bay? And what does it mean by surge tank and pressure regulator? Here's a picture of where my boost vacuums are now Can I just set up the vacuum pipes as they are now? And do I put the filter and sensor in the car our can I just secure them around the firewall?     Agreed, pretty difficult to eat well at uni LOL I gotta agree, what's your training regime like Ty? I've been training on and off for about 2-3 years now, went from 100kg when I started to 74kg. I've usually had to stop for about 3 months about twice a year when exams/assignments pile up Made good progress on my gap year for about 6 months training 4/5 days a week, half cardio/half weights need to get back into it again though!! Supplements I use are Myprotein Impact Deluxe Whey Protein. I've also used Myprotein creatine and although it gives good strength/endurance gains you look very puffy and you lose strength when cycling off, not using that stuff again tbh! Tried using powdered Glutamine for recovery but it's the most disgusting thing ever lol..gonna need to force it down when I start back!
