Been a while since it was done so I can't really recall dude. Might be listed in my build thread, but I'd say 20m should do it more or less.

Yeah on track I think I went right up near to max stiffness because Donington is so smooth, then again your BC's have harder springs. I've always liked and wanted to drive the 172/182 but don't know if I could ever own one. Weird thing is I've changed and added so much on my suspension mods but I'm still trying to achieve the same balance it had on just springs and braces! Used to be able to slide it through corners so nicely, but saying that the parts I have now haven't been set to their best (preload etc).

OH! Yeah I run a lot less on road, typically 15/10. But balance has changed loads since changing my setup (preload, ride height and difference ARBs) so I need to play about with it too. How does is the clio different? Always liked those cars

Oh. You say 20, 20 what? I didn't know you could measure preload easily? Or did you wind springs and set dampers to 20? Lol been a long day

The GT4 ST185 does run these.. Superb brakes are these, GLWS

By preload you don't mean the damper adjustment know at the top right? Preload is set by winding springs in or out Can't wait to see this go round track
