I properly feel for you Ishaaq, you went through all that trouble, paid a frankly rip-off amount (TD's service sounds like a joke) and now you're left with a fooked engine. Fern & TD are to blame by the sounds of it

After seeing Idrees' thread I remembered I haven't updated this in a while Not much has happened, but I've fitted the HID Kit and managed to re-wire the LED Spotlights so they finally work! Only cost a few quid for the bulbs and they're a really nice colour match so I'm happy Two poor phones pics to illustrate lol Sidelights + spots on All lights on Still need to get the S3 lower brace fitted, not being home much doesn't help but that's the next job along with some new tyres, probably Uniroyal Rainsport 2s!

Nice man, I have you to thank for convincing me to get one OEM mirrors are nice. If you get it lowered let us know how it rides! I wanna get ours remapped but I don't want the clutch to give out Do you run it on cheapo Diesel? Ours seems to run nicer on Shell (not bothered with the V-Power diesel, just regular)

Ah yeah I see what you mean man, up to you

Wait you can claim road tax back? My car hasn't been insured but has been off road for ages and tax as been running out -
I'll see how the one I bought goes Yeah heard you're supposed to soak it completely, wrap it really tight going over 50% each wrap when you wrap it round and let it dry for 24hrs
-
LOL I'm looking forward to working on the car too Thanks man, no idea! lol
-
Nice info there guys, thanks a lot I've ordered the cheap £5/10M stuff as long as it's applied properly I reckon it should be alright. Do you need hose clips to secure the wrap or will cable ties do? (Heard they don't melt above 2 layers of wrap?)

Got my Engine/Turbo Stainless bolt kit from Dean, thanks again mate! Ordered one of these A'PEXi Auto Turbo Timers Some Powerflex Exhaust mount bushes to replace the existing saggy ones! A Tegiwa imports numberplate relocation bracket. Just need to decide on what size/shape plate to order now! And thank you to Owain aka Enots who is kindly donating me his old bumper which has already been cut for an FMIC That's all for the spending until summer at least! Need to repair the thing over the next month or two! Next update should hopefully be the fitting of the parts!

Not sure about the revs thing but it'll take 50-100 miles for the ECU to adjust itself to your car fully -
