As Socks said, fresh Oil & filter, spark plugs will get it running really nicely Yes, the inlet manifold is from a Toyota Corolla 1.3, the model E11, year is from 1998-2001 if I remember correctly..aka the Bug Eye Corollas It is basically a straight undo and fit, but when you fit it you'll notice that one of the old vacuum hoses isn't long enough. All you need to do is go to a scrappys and pick up a windscreen washer hose and use that instead! This hose goes from the inlet mani to the MAP sensor on the firewall behind the engine towards the left side Also the best intake filter for the N/As is probably to stick with the Stock Airbox system, but just buy a K&N Panel Filter for it! That, combined with the Corolla Manifold will give a nice gain in power! You can go further by getting a Cat-Back exhaust, Decat etc At the moment Enzo is developing an N/A project and he'll be putting out products for us at some point, take a look at his build thread HERE Hope that helps Amjad

By the looks of it, the N/A manifold goes down longer, but the Turbo one is shorter because the Turbo obviously sits there I'm sure someone will confirm soon enough!

Yeah as long as it all goes okay on the day! Still anxious about the paint though, supposed to go in this Tuesday and be done by Friday but he was backlogged last week, and still might be!

What like a bathroom Silicone sealant? lol Nope I asked about the roof holes, and they said the heat from the sun could make the filler sink and with welding metal underneath, it might change the shape of the roof They said the same thing about smoothing the boot-lock too, where the filler could sink and it would be noticeable, so I'm keeping that now. I just want to get grommets in for now as a temporary fix, so I obviously don't wanna use Tigerseal or something lol. When I have the cash, I'll maybe get them filled and Black Vinyl put over the roof! I went to Pro-Speed the other day but there was only 2 guys working there so they were really busy, Charlie's supposed to be back today so I'm going down in a bit to speak to him!

Yeah I had to do a few layers of Nitromors, which is excellent. The wire brushing gets rid off all the corroded metal, so you have to go from Coarse>Medium>Fine grade. Then the wet and dry preps it for Autosol. Once you've Autosol-ed it about 4-5 times it should come up like new! Thanks Jonny Lol is that a serious proposition? I forgot all about them until recently haha. I need to get some grommets and seal them up so water doesn't leak, not sure what to use as a sealant though
