Thanks for that Amjad So the other 2 red lines the one furthest away and the 2nd one in need 2.5mm takeing off each lip or is it 1.25mm on each lip and that will make it 2.5mm is that correct?# Edit..Sorry mate just had a read of what you written above not with it today lol so take 2.5mm off the total outside diameter and thats it?

I was thinking of the Levin set up john but comeing across a set of calipers is like tyring to find bin laden haha and when they do pop up for sale i never have the cash at the time to buy them

Hello chaps Im thinking of doing this conversion in the next few weeks just unsure what discs i have to use? also will i have to extend my wheels stoods? if so were do i get them from? Whats the best pads to use ect?..Any info would by great thanks in advance

Was the temp gauge past half way on the clocks? my fan kicks in just past and i mean just pasted like 1mm! the temp gauge sould be online with the half way gauge on the fuel gauge if ya get me lol? i.e (parallel with each other)...It could be just the case of the temp sensor is fucked its this that switches the fan on at 90degrees..Do you know how to a diagnostic test on these? if the fan switch is fucked then that will store a code in the ecu and let you know stright away. Hers a pic of seba's temp gauge hope he dont mine me useing his pic..if you look its parallel with the half way mark on the fuel gauge thats where it sould be!!

I put the back end of my car up on ramps so there was load on the rear wheels then just wound the thread out so it makes it longer if ya like

If the thermostat is stook shut then it will over heat.. if its stook open then it will stay on the cold mark on the clocks and take 4year to warm up..so it could just be the thrmostat thats stook shut.. orr the temp sensor on the thermostat (green sensor) could be fucked did the rad fan come on at all do you know?

Yeah mate i used one on my old glanza just had to cut the plug of the rad fan and but it on the A/C fan

Japans on the other side of the world and would cost more for shipping so keeps the cost down hence why alot of glanzas/GTs from this country are selling over seas (holland ect..Glad shes gone to a good home mate now get playing with that supra

Might be a silly thing to ask but want to be sure Is the diagnostic port on a glanza the same as a GT i.e pin outs ect? just on TGTT theres a thread showing you how to do a diagnostic test but in the pic its showing a GT dose it matter?

Buying the temp sensor from there tomorrow if that dont work it can fuck off and keep idleing for all i care lol I've needed a CV joint for weeks but keep putting it off untill i sort this problem out first!... fucking cars hey

Orr right i see cheers dave Just i've had an idleing problem for ages sometimes it ticks over as it should but then i hear a click noise in the engine bay and it immediately ticks over at 1000rpm as if the rad fan is trying to kick in also the smell of fuel every now and again is unreal!!! I've changed alsorts ICV ECU TEMP SENSOR THROTTLE BODY LEADS/PLUGS DIZZY ROTOR ARM But still im haveing idleing trubble and its starting to piss me off lol

Hello guys Just a quick qustion you know the green temp sensor on the thermostat (fan switch i beleave) if you unplug that is the fan on the rad ment to come on stright away? Any help would be much appreciated Ohh and i own a glanza not sure if theres any diffrance on GT's ect Cheers Michael

Looks realy fresh iddy loveing the engine bay Might be a silly thing to ask but im not that clued up with wires ,how have you gone about the earth wires in engine bay if the batterys in the back? i.e if you want to put an earth kit on the car will it just be a case of extending the earth wires ect? sorry for the random qustion lol
