  9. Socks dont have a problem spooling his GT30 on a 4E think his starts spooling at 2700rpm (could be rong though it could be higher thats just a gess lol) but it dose spool prity low down for the size of the turbo!!!

  11. Nice work Tim as always I see you have got rid of the P/S did you go for the MR2 electric power steering pump in the end? Also think this Air box someone mate up in japan (i think) is a work of art might be good use to you give you more idears ect with you having more room to play with the P/S not been in the way.

Worked for me to the reason you have to turn the TPS 360Deg's is because the glanza/GT TB dosent seem open enuf so there for wont start! so if you turn the TPS 360Deg it opens the flap enuf to start..But i do get your point though gavin why should you have to turn the tps at all if the ecu read it right then it should adjust the tps automatically? its because the ecu's not programed for that type of TPS and funny you should say it will run like a bag of blots i never got mine to tick over right was bobing up and down like i dont know what.
  14. Not a 100% sure as its been a long time since i owned one but think mine was 25mm and it was 38mm on the intercooler pipe on the cold side? im sure someone will correct me if im rong.

  18. Wont realy matter mate tbh just make sure you put lots off copper slip on the thread then you wont have to hack it of in the future
  19. Just use any old nut,bolt washer also as its the same size
