If you look beside your cam cover there should be a metal tube that runs down towords the actuator thats what the other vacuum pipe on the actuator go's to lol

Anyone ever seen these door handle protectors? i've never seen them befor anyway! is it an optional extra?

I found goodridge ones fine i've also just had a look at my pics on the computer and all my 4 hose where the same lengh? Like i say i just went from the rear caliper and over the axle ect so it was one hose

Hmm did the sort ones not fit the front? and the long ones fit the back? just i had some goodridge hoses on my old glanza and on the rears it was all one house i.e not it two sections over the axel.. What would be the point in haveing a braided hose then joining onto a rubber hose? its defeating the object realy lol so mr did you check to see if the small ones fitted the front calipers?

That intercooler in the link above sould look sweet!!...To sorten the pipe route could you not clock the turbo? i see most people have the compressor houseing pointing down towords the floor on td40's ect if you were to come through where the rad is ect it should sorten it abit if you get me?...but if you arnt external gateed then obviously you cant clock it lol

No bother mate the butter fly is 50mm so if you add the alliminium lip that's on the outside of the throttle body (the bit the silicon hose sits on) it will be about 52mm give or take so not to much to reduce!..

Well took the old thermostat out today and had a look at it and stright away i noticed the rubber seal near the springs has blow out on one side alowing water to flow through all the time...So got my self a new thermostat put it in started the car up let it warm up for about 10min and took it for a spin and gess what my temp gauge is now half way and also my car is ticking over like a dream no more ideling So big thanks to D and funny onion for you info

Well i've been thinking this my self just wasnt sure if that would course the car to idle? you would think even though the thermostat is stook open the rest of the sensors on the car would work out when to turn the choke off if you get me?...For the sake of £10 i might buy one and see how i get on...Cheers for that D mate

Yeah i've adjusted the idle screw on the tb but it hasnt done anything realy its till wanting to rev higher then what i set it on the tb..As for leaks i've had a good look about and cant see/hear anything also if it was a leak it would stay at a certain rpm, were as mine settles back down to 950rpm after 5min sat stationary then it will work its way back up to 1200rpm after abit longer its pissing me right off lol Also when its idleing high the smell of Vpower is unreal as if the coke is stook on? im thinking its the TB my self as there is a thrmovalve inside the tb witch the water warms up and if thats not working it wont shut the choke off..thats my gess anyway lol just dont want to buy one thing to buy another thing lol
