this would be aswell being a uksc club car its been round a few members now glad your getting cracked on with it, a rusty sill is easy to repair, i did 1 on my glanza, although i couldnt buy a starlet sill in 1 piece from toyota they sell it in 3 different parts, 1 of them being a rear 1/4 panel! i ended up having to use 1 off a fiesta. mines was a lot worse than that aswell and fixed never had a problem with it again! keep at it buddy dont let it put you off like the others where

dont really care about it getting dirty i can always clean it, i fitted it to my mates GT along with a load of other bits until i convert this anyway. Hes gonna be gutted when i drop the engine in been getting loads of people trying to race me since fitting the new front end its soo anoying

better update this lol had my new front end fitted a few weeks ago, the fenders are back in the body shop as i didnt like the top vents so they are getting cut out and re fibreglassed and smoothed off anyway heres some before and after pics (sorry about the camera fne pics) i did have a set of 96 fogs to fit but i cant find them anywhere:( so if you have a cheap pair send me a pm the paintwork is perfect! couldnt have asked for a better job tbh! the colour match is spot on. It does look a little wierd without a fmic tho lol, i might just mount my intercooler core on for now not sure yet. also picked up a jd tuning civic rad moiunting kit and a mm braided td04 oil line and some 20mm spacers to push the wheels out a bit when the fenders are re fitted just waiting on looms being sent out and i need a clutch then the engines going in

just to clear up im nothing to do with it lol its his place im just helping out a wee bit to get the place open

yeah i know its been done before mate lol, theres another 1 about a mile away but there really pricey and dont have the spray booth. theres not a lot of places that will hire you a spray booth. hes been raking through the health and safety side of it, it does seem to be a headache but im sure he will find away around it lol

looks like a tidy job buddy, what have you fitted the carpet with? if you havent id use spray glue, u will find it in any hardware shop for around 3 quid

u can buy a 14 spanner for pennies mate, then jack it up a bit. thats like foning the AA to come change your spare wheel, dont be a woman and get your gands dirty

takes literally 2 mins to drain some oil mate, just wip out the sump plug catch the oil in a pan then pop the plug back in

they are rated to 1.3 bar mate, as above ive run 1.2 bar on a hybrid before aswell
