    is it an over the mani hotpipe? or hdi route? my mate had a problem with his (hdi route) where the flange on the hot pipe was just fouling the manifold, he grinded it down a little and it fitted fine

    well no because the intercooler doesent draw air in through the fins, youd be blocking your throttle body up if anything. if its just for looks then just mount a cheap core on the front. ive seen someone do it before with an air filter at one end of the core then pipework to the throttle bodie, i proper LOL'd

    im not saying it is a crack in the head, just saying it could be. u can either get it welded up or replace the head. either way its a head off job

    ahh so you baught it then? nice 1 dude i doubt it would be the alternator belt if its only making noise after 5k, check the manifold/decat etc and also check the head isnt cracked at the top right of the manifold its a weak spot on 4e heads mines cracked there and so have many others. get some pics up also

    what happened to the quadlights? those 1s i sent you where mint, like brand new. The only bit that was broken was the clip on the grill.

    i found 3 massive wasps about 2 inches long under the carpet in my glanza, found some yen in my GT and a little japanese keyring in the ep95.
