welcome to uksc buddy the white qaudlight in the link you posted is quite tidy with decent mods, but with a knackered clutch and no tax i wouldnt pay that much. dont jump the gun and buy the first 1 you see there are a lot of abused examples out there, have a poke around the site and learn a bit about them and go see a few before you part with your cash

it was my own fault tbh i was canning it and lost control, hit a kerb and rolled it. we got it back onto its wheels and drove it home wheels where like the delorean in bttf tho miss that little ford:(

what difference does it make really? how do any of us know how many previous owners any of our cars have had in japan. i baught a mk2 xr2 with 19 previous owners and it never missed a beat until i put it on its roof

how many owners has it had since it was reported stolen? im sure if your the 3rd owner they cant do anything as youve baught it in good faith or some shit like that. personally id break it for spares, youd be surprised how much you make back trust me! just tell them its been stolen again

the screen has to flip out fully before it will work mate. plug it in and switch it on before you fit it and you should be able to tilt the screen forward a bit then when you refit it, it wont hit the heater controls

I've got a single din 1 with a 7 inch screen too, i fitted mines in the bottom bit as dan said and it fits perfect if i tilt the screen a bit. if you do fit it like that make sure you take your bottle of juice out your cup holders before closing the screen or your screen will hit it!
