Alright guys, this might sound daft but i was wondering how people on here launch their cars? For example on a quarter mile or set of traffic lights on a private road..... Do you hold it on the clutch bite then go, or get the revs perfect with the clutch in, then just drop it?

That's what i kinda meant, you shouldn't really wash or detail in direct sun anyway.. but i mean, the first wash should be a thorough one.. wheel wash first, degrease the lower body if nessessary, snow foam, jet wash, 2 bucket wash with lambswool mitt... After the claying you should just need a quick once over with a bit of shampoo just to wash the water streaks off..

If and when you order the Red Mist, i'd advise getting the Tropical version, it's slightly different in that it doesnt evaporate in seconds like the normal version.. makes it more effective to use but the spray is still soooo fine, if there's any breeze you have to basically hold the nozzle against the bodywork..
