I aint up graded my drums for the reason that there only 20% used but i have got willwoods on the front for extreme brakin , but what the fuck why are we 'pikey mechanics' just because we have the guts to do the conversion................# If i could get hold of another glanza engine id soon get another conversion done just because i enjoyed it alot , and i am a perfectionist so theres no 'pikyness' about what i do...................

i disagree with you as its not tht hard , im not a mechanic or didnt have hardly any knowledge of the starlet when i started ,also as for the wiring im a sparky so does help but still im not an auto sparky so stuff is different, and tool wise a few sockets of different sizes , spanners and a hammer and bobs ya uncle , and to be honest i dont care how much i spend on it as im not doing it for the money im doing it for my own enjoyment and plus i think n/a's have a nice look to them cpompared to a glanza , No offence to the glanza owners.

After readin the whole of this topic, i feel bad for you man you must be goin thru some tuff shit at the moment and over the past few months , certainly gave me the signs to slow down mate best of luck with recovering and getting back to drivin in 12 months

I agree so much untill you do the conversion etc you wont understand how much knowledge and enjoyment you get out of doing the conversion.

I prefer to get a conversion , as i dont like the gt's or glanza to be honest in my opinion i love the look of a sleeper , just pullin up at a set of lights next to someone who thinks you have shite engine and then pullin off like fuck.

White wheels can be kept white if you clean em regularily , i dont have a problem with brake dust on mine, Loving how low it is though mate what coilovers did you get , i got some bc's Ollie
