  1. Using the glanza s injectors will give a benefit if used with the ECU, as it runs different duty cycles comapred the a uk spec ecu. Damien
  2. You'll find that running different injectors will make barely an difference without a remap, it's your duty cycles that govern the amount of fuel into the engine, the pressure only determines how well the fuel is atomized, the more pressure equals less flow. Damien
  3. Lol, the confusion!!! Any others know if it will fit okay?? Damien
  4. Hey guys, just a little question, will a 4EFTE clutch fit in an N/A? Reason being is i'd like to replace it soon, and with something better than required. And without actually having pulled apart an engine/box from a starlet, I have nothing to compare to, any help would be great. Cheers Damien
  5. Has anyone ever heard of these or used them? Found them whilst trawling through the masses of shite on ebay, read into them a bit more, and seem quite a convincing product, heres the site so you guys can have a read, aswell as some ebay links Damien Site info EP91 N/A Pads EP82/91 Pads
  6. Just out of curiosity, why 3rd cylinder? Damien
  7. When buying some wheels for it, be sure to check the centre bore, some have removable spigot rings, some are fixed, you need to aim for a 54mm bore, so the wheels sit snug on the hubs, otherwise they won't secure properly. Damien
  8. You'll be looking at coilovers for a 60mm drop, get some pics up if you can, and the cambelt should ideally be done every 40k miles, so it may be worth getting it done, as for wheels, some inovit wheels in white? chanelle1234 is selling a pretty tidy set, they'll go straight on and look well against the pink. Damien
  9. It will burn it during running, if you ever catch a sniff of the exhaust fumes, you'll notice it smells slightly rich, and a tad sweet, it's one of the reasons why 4efe's last so long lol. Damien
  10. That'll be why then, even if you're not totally thrashing it, it'll still use the oil, and I used to let mine warm up before driving, used expensive oil, I always check mine anyway, but aslong as there's no visible leaks, my next door neighbour has a 4efe'd corolla and his uses alot of oil, due to him being heavy footed. Just keep an eye on it, try and work out roughly how much it is using, try different styles of driving maybe? If there's any drastic loss thats when you need to start worrying. Damien
  11. I'll have a bob over if a few club members are gonna be there. Think I may be able to get a mate to come over in his too Damien
  12. If you do alot of hard driving it will use more oil than normal. If you drive like a complete twat, then it will guzzle oil, unless you've got a seal leaking or it's burning oil, don't worry about it Damien
  13. Thats nothing lol, there was a guy who lived near my grandparents, he had a peugeot 406 estate, that had done 622k lol. Still on the original engine, had 3 clutches, full service history, still going strong lol. Damien
  14. I'll vouch for that, only problem was, I could have the car what I wanted, but finding the right one was depressing, countless hours looking and looking, and when you do find one, the guy is a complete bucket of arse!!! Damien
  15. I'll have the manifold off you if you're asking a reasonable price:) Damien
  16. Make sure the taper on the nuts is the same as the wheels. Damien
