You don't want to be going over 75mm in all fairness. The spacing between cylinders isn't all that thick to start with.

If set up and done properly, you shouldnt have any more issues than with a CT9/Hybrid

TD04's can be run at reasonable boost on a non forged bottom end. One of the old members ran 275 on a standard bottom end and had no issues.

Stick with the CT9. For what it would cost to hybridize your turbo, you could sell your setup and spend the money on a TD04/TF035 setup.

Demand for PnP's isn't great at the moment. The only way they'll sell is being cheaper than the usual selling price.

Its not the postage as such. Its all the extras on top like vat and import duty which really amp the price up. Its bad enough getting such a big part delivered safely in the UK, never mind from Canada to the UK.
