    Not far off lol. I was tempted but trying to stay away from older cars now. Still miss my old SR lol. Good thing is, atleast its another SR staying in the forum.

    Nope, the spigot on the hub centres them. The wheel nuts clamp them to the hub. Most cars are like this.

    Matt/Simon Richardson if I remember rightly. They do alot of buying and selling. Especially starlets. Went to view one myself and the only word to describe it was ropey lol.

    You're better off with the silver one down Cambridge. Half the mileage and still had the original exhaust. The guys who have the white one buy and sell starlets. So expect it to be patched up like other cars they've sold.

    A skim and a chemical wash and that will be spot on. At least its an easy fix

    This is the fourth time its been relisted. Looks way too far gone to be made right again.

    Just out of curiousity. Is the clicking after you've been hearing happening after getting the brakes hot? Usually the pad retaining clips can catch on the disc.

    If the clicking is happening when you've got full lock on, you've got a knackered CV joint.

    You'll get some movement and a little play but thats to be expected.

    Its a journal bearing, not ball bearing so wont spin freely until its got oil pressure.

    The first two were the best, just had a look on amazon/ebay and they still fetch good money lol.

    Seriously? What happened to it? I can remember when he went and had the coilies fitted, brakes, then the widebody kit with the new paint job. Pagan gold candy IIRC
