I wouldn't leave it as it is though, there'd be a fair bit of customising and strengthening, and yeah, either Fiat 125 or austin mini, you can buy the kit in two forms, it'd just be a toy for me though, my daily commute is down a lovely b road lol, Damien

Every time I read this it just makes me want to do one even more, damn you Jason lol!!! Nice going by the way, might be tempted to do a single seater myself, Damien
-
My SR has mudguards as standard lol Damien
-
It might be worth having a good look round it though, don't just assume its fine, maybe take it to a garage and have them inspect it Damien
-
Always do anyway, my daily commute is down a lovely B road, fucking brilliant in the summer, terrible now, would hate to think what it's gonna be like in winter Damien
-
Then i'd hate to be in a car with you my friend, best thing to do when approaching a corner too fast is to gentley apply the brakes, lay off the throttle and steer round, rather than panic and just slap all 4 anchors on. ut coming out with a silly approach like that will attract criticism. Damien

Bah, nothing beats a nice stripped interior, get rid of any nasty sticky out bits, I did that with the corsa and with any holes in the interior I had some c/f cut to cover the big holes where the trim panels where. Damien
-
Again Steve, true learning comes from making mistakes, I wanted to see how fast my corsa went round a corner, needless to say it ended up on the roof lol Damien
-
Best thing to do is take it steady, save the silly driving for the dry weather Damien
-
*Drools*

Oh they do, but its common knowledge, starlets, wet roads, big bend, do not go well together with high speed, christ, not to mention the light weight giving no ballast. Damien
-
Easy solution, keep it stripped!!!!! Damien
-
Who taught you to drive??? Thats the best way to induce oversteer and lack of traction, best thing to do is, DON'T DRIVE LIKE A FUCKING IDIOT!!!! Damien
-
I'd have let the fuckers ring the police, you've got a decent case here matey, take the bastards to the cleaners Damien
-
Rick didn't you state in the earlier stages of the project you hated the turbo and wished you'd gone down the TD04 route????? End of the day if he's making more use of the power, whats the problem? No point having all that lag because by the time you've hit boost, the other car will have left Damien
-
Let them write it off, buy it back, and go from there:) thats what I did, best thing I ever did tbh Damien
-
Strip all parts off that you can, that way you can retain some of the value, sorry to hear of the misfortune by the way Damien
-
Lol, i've got a few good pics of the ferris wheel, just none of the car as I was obscenely drunk so no driving for me lol Damien
-
That same ferris wheel was in sheffield a couple of weeks ago, puke FTW!!!! Damien
-
Bottle of lucozade, pack of chewing gum, bottle of top up oil
-
This is why I stuck to LET's lol, you don't have this problem lol, can't beat a good vauxhall engine lol Damien
-
I wasn't referring to emb, but then again, I like to do things properly, it pays to things right the first time, but thats just how I am and there's no wrong in being that way, just means it can be a little more costly lol Damien
-
Short term solution being??? Damien

I know that, but repeated fuel cuts like XPS has stated, especially when he was toe down. I'm mainly talking to you and vpower in general, where he got the idea I was all on for just getting a piggyback. It could be all matter of things setting off the fuel cut, boost creep may be one of them, but each car varies on how they react. And yeah a good piggyback will eliminate fuel cut, be safe for running higher boost, and leave more scope for tuning in the future, and fitting just FCD is the cheap and cheerful way, but if combined with the right modifications can be used successfully, luckily eno
