if ya have a scout around and find a decent 4efte engine then buy that and swap in and keep the fucked engine to rebuild for your 4wd one. shit when things happen at shit times. rebuilding a bottom end is not cheap tho . ya forget about alot of stuff. bit of bad luck there mate. hope ya can decide what to do.

if your using somethin like 195 tires im sure the difference between 50 and 45 profile isnt even 10mm but still it would make a tiny differenc

another small update. inspired by steve i got the paint renovator onto my car and halfway through it looked like this lol afterwards i went to toyota to pick up all of this consists of everything thats rubber from the bottom end and any bolts or studs for attatching things to the bottom end I've got a fear of snapping stuff. theres also some brake parts in there for the other car too and piston rings also I've finally got some tools ( I've never owned any apart from a set of allan keys ) blue point 100 pc set. got for 140 quid instead of the dealer 400 ish according to my wee catalogue ;).lifetime guarantee on everythin. quite chuffed lol only 6 weeks late aswell haha. maybe progress will be a bit better now. only left waitin for bearings and ill buy my gear oil and engine oil etc this week.

totally. get down there and slam that caliper onto the desk ( not too hard incase ya end up keepin it ) and dont leave till you get what your after or your money back.

id be having i guess but i think becuase the mani from the corolla is non turbo it either just isnt there or its somewhere else on the n/a cars. im sure if ya made a custom fitment and just put it in it would be fine. looks kinda like the wee air sensor on the n/a models but chunkier. hope that helps a bit lol
