  1. Heres my entry - taken at the london eye 2/1/11
  2. Been a while since I updated this thread. A few things have been purchased so far. Got myself a pair of FTO front seats a few months back and I've also got a japspeed decat to fit. Got a new clutch master cylinder to fit as that is currently playing up. Found Do-luck braided lines to be a great purchase just need to get a set of green stuff pads and new discs and braking is sorted. Next on the list is a front mount, rear strut, hybrid turbo, greddy and greddy emanage blue. Keeping my eye out for some 3000k hids for the front fogs, with no luck so far Current spec: NGK iridium plugs Magnecor

  7. Arc welding is ok but you can risk it blowing through on thin steel. Your best bet is to get a mig kit around 120 amp single phase kit it gives a smooth weld. Don't bother with a gasless mig the whole idea with mig is the gas surrounds the weld which gasless won't do. You can get a wolf weld gas mig kit off eBay for around 180 delivered
  8. Blitz dimensions are smaller than the jperformance ones on their website they state it's bigger than blitz etc. Still not got the fto seats in my dad can weld but hasn't had the time to do it yet. Picked up my do luck brake lines this morning from the post office and I need a new clutch master cylinder which also arrived. 6000k hids are now in just looking for some yellow fogs. Going to get some new pads all round ebc greens on the front and sandard ebcs on the back with new discs. After that it's front mount intercooler and a decat and I can set up the actuator as well. Current spec us as fol
  9. Cheers for that doesn't look too hard just need to get a bleed kit now
  10. After some information on fitting new braided lines, removing the old ones removing brake fluid and bleeding etc. Is there a tutorial on this? Cheers matt.
  11. It's not like the piping getting warm will affect anything though as it's before the cooler anyway though you could reflective tape it. Think it'll be the blitz I don't want it to stick out and cuttin the front bumper out will show quite well!
  12. I don't want a huge core to it I want to leave as much of te bumper in tact
  13. Jperformance are much bigger than the blitz or greddy ones hence wanting one of those. Anyone got any idea where I can feta greddy at a reasonable price?
  14. How olds the thermostat mine wasn't quite as warm as it should, replaced the thermostat and it's fine now. Dave at tm developments does them
  15. The blitz one has a smaller core than the ab88 an jperformance ones just wanted to know the piping route of hks and greddy fmic
  16. Car has started to stick in first gear only seems to do it without boost currently when I put the clutch down it occassionaly doesn't release 1st and I can't change into 2nd. I've had an exedy organic clutch fitted a couple months ago so I don't think it's the clutch ad it would do it in all gears I would think. Anyone got an idea what's caused it and how I can solve it? Cheers, matt.
  17. Can't find any hdi coolers and I like the ac. Cheers for the input guys. Anygot a blit greddy or hks fmic?
  18. I'm looking at getting either a blitz, greddy or hks front mount intercooler. Just after which is better out if these, if possible I don't want it to run over the manifold and I still have the ac in the car so I need it to be quite slim. Also where's the best place to get it from. Thanks, matt.
  19. So another update. Currently have some FTO seats ready to go in the car when I have a free weekend to weld some tabs onto the rails. Currently looking for quite a slim front mount intercooler so there is minimal cutting required. I see the blitz is pretty slim so may go with that or a HKS. Decat will be arriving at the end of the month and hid kit to be ordered this week. Then just got the actuator to set up and I'll be running .8 bar
  20. Can I do that on standard ct9? Zisco maniold is on . Got a oil cooler and filter relocation kit to fit at somepoint. The system does hit the bumper occasionaly and I need a decat!
  21. Electrician do mechanical and electrical for barclays
  22. Hopefully it's sorted the turbo was rotated in the end. From what I've been told it was a crap fit but should be ok so fingers crossed
  23. I got a compact mild steel zisco manifold brand new off zisco a few months back however the guys who's fitting it found the runners are too big and it doesn't seem to fit. These things are supposed to fit with top mount intercooler and efi pipe still in use. Anybody else found this problem and what can I do about it. A few people from here recommended this manifold but it doesn't seem to be worth the money they priced at. Any ideas? Matt
