I did a how to in this section bud it's really simple to do there's a picture and an explanation on it. I had a blitz intercooler but I would think the blitz copies would use similar size pipework. I didn't bother using a filter as I'm still running the air con in mine. I just some bodywork mesh measured round a rattle can lid cut it slightly bigger and then cut notch down the the circle and jubilee clipped to the intake. It's east to do you'll need a 45 degree bend of silicone which I got from eBay and cut the length down if needed. Then it's just a case of a straight and 2 90 degree bends. My blitz cooler had everything I needed to use apart from the 2" 45 degree bend which I got from eBay. It uses 2" piping before the cooler and then uses a reducer to from 2" to 2.5" to connect to the front mount. It's really simple to do. Matt

I've got a blitz ebc but I'm unsure how to plumb it in. If anyone has fitted one of these any info on what I need to do would be appreciated. Matt

Thought I'd post up how I modified my ct9 cooler pipe work to suit a td04. The blitz kit as we all know goes over the manifold and has a straight pipe with 2 90 degree bends on it. The piping before the cooler is 2" as is the outlet on the turbo. You'll need a 45 degree bend on the turbo and a straight pipe with a 90 degree bend. I used the blitz pipe and cut it down to size and flipped the 90 bend round the fits to the intercooler itself

The turbo kit is now on the car just need to fill up with oil and modify the decat. Was such a pain in the arse to fit had to modify nearly everything. http://i451.photobucket.com/albums/qq237/f...an/7d0440a9.jpg

Heard you need to remove the oil return pipe and watch for oil out the bottom of the turbo when priming. Will oil not come out from the sump up the oil return pipe when the car has been refilled? Matt

My blitz bov did that until I blocked it off so now it chatters. Loosen off the spring in the bov there will be a Allen key or a screw to loosen it and it should just dump. Matt

My 4e fte idles a bit low at times just wondering what the easiest way to adjust it would be? cheers matt

The front mount is fatter than the blitz and I had to cut bits out of a glanza front but not a huge amount mainly trimming and the bottom needed to be cut but that can't be seen. Not 100% sure on a gt front but I'd imagine it would be a bit more to cut

Not running a bov at all mate its open turbo with a pipe in the end of the bov pipe on the intercooler and the vac line plumbed to the boost gauge. should have my td04 kit turning up soon and I have ordered myself a new set of wheels ;)

Thinking of getting rid of the innovits an getting some rota hm3's 15x7j. What is the pcd I need to fit the v? Matt
