So picking the glanza up in 2 weeks time, unfortunately I dont already have an exhaust system to go on but no matter. I have a boost gauge to put in and some white boost hose so far. The plan for the next few months is a Japspeed exhaust system, manifold of some description, racetech decat/screamer and HKS actuator. Currently the car has derestricted boost, HKS filter, TE37 copies and has been lowered. Aiming for around 200 bhp and probably have some D2 coilies by the end of the year as well. I have to restrict myself to what I buy or I will have finished it and be bored. Watch this space, sho

Ah ok then, so its not even worth spending another £70 and getting the japspeed one then. I thought the picture of them on jperformance website looked a bit cheap and crappy but thats probably just the picture i would imagine. Im looking for a reasonably priced exhaust system i want to avoid paying hks sort of prices. seen the jperformance system tm-developments sell or the japspeed system. They look ok to me, 304 stainless like the 5zigen system. Anyone got one of these systems? what are they like dont want anything too loud... until boost that is . cheers guys, matt.

Has it got to be an actual toyota switch or will any push to make push to break switch work with it? Im nto sure if the switch is actually in the car or not or if its the front cover part to it.

Ah thats useful! Anywhere i can get hold of one of those or would a slim normal button do the job? Im not sure if the wiring has been removed or what has happened to it to be honest but hazards do come in handy i would think sometime or another

I finally went to view the glanza v I put a deposit on a couple of weeks ago and forgot to ask in the build thread, theres a button missing in the interior on the centre console, its the centre button out of 3, I have no idea what one is supposed to be there all i can tell is its missig. Its a red 1998 R reg. Anyone have any idea whether i can get the original from somewhere or where i can buy a good replacement? Thanks, matt.

The only problem I see now is who the best company would be to insure it through so I can at least declare the wheels without paying stupid money on it

Yeh I have also heard a few bad things about them but I think it seems like mostly heasay they have tons of imports up there I'm sure it'll be fine someone else I know said he got his gt up there and heard bad things and it was fine and ended up with a 400bhp build in the

After being on the forum for a while and finally getting a full time job I thoght it was about time I saved for a glanza. After saving from after Xmas I finally got a deposit sorted and I'm picking it up at the end of may when I have the rest of the money for it. It currently has a set of 16" innovite te37copies in white with a hks mushroom filter aircon and 2 mode boost taken off. Had a test drive on Saturday abor a month after I'd placed the depsit. Anyway enough of the chat here are some pics.....

Im looking for a v in the next few months but I cant find any insurers who dont charge silly money. Who is everyone else with? Have you notified about any mods or not? Im 20 and will have 2 years ncb in april. Any help is welcome
