The tig welding on these is 2nd to none. Pretty quiet but has a nice note on idle, not too loud sat on the motorway but livens up on boost

You can either draw round the internal wastegate flap onto the turbine housing itself and port it so itll flow better, or fully weld roound the flap and get an external wastegate. If youve got a stainless or mild steel manifold already, you can modify it to fit an external wastegate and then get a piece of pipe for a screamer pipe. Personally I'd go for the 38mm Tial MVS v band. They're pricey but will last and if you can to another turbo you can still use it . It'll hold .8 bar all day long or you can use a lower spring and a boost controller.

I got a small copper mallet tapped the front off the disc where the wheel bolts are and then tapped it round the entire disc until it came off

yeh cable seems to release ok, just doesnt seem to release far enough. Once I take the handbrake cable from off the caliper its fine but I have to move the arm slightly to connect the cable up.

Hi guys, found my passenger rear caliper was sticking. Put new piston seal and all the dust boots on and the wheel turns freely, once i connected the handbrake cable back up the piston side pad seems to rub the disc and causes noise when driving. Is there a way to adjust one side of the handbrake so itll return fully or is there another issue? Cheers, Matt

5th gear has started to pop out under accleration, so I will be replacing it at some stage. Does anyone have the standard part numbers and what bits I will need. Also a starting point on where 5th is located inside the gearbox would be handy. Cheers, matt

Decided fuelling was an issue so a couple of months ago I decided a walbro fuel pump and sytec reg were needed. What a difference its made! however now I have boost dropping off at .8 bar in 1st and 2nd gear so Ill have to find out why. Project glanza is now well and truly finished

I need a new set of drop links and to replace the bushes on the standard front roll bar and suspension arms. Just wondering what I will need to get and where to get them. If anyones got any links to them thatd be helpful. Cheers matt

I run a ebc with mine. I have a .5 bar spring in it and run .5 and .8 bar. You can up pressure but not drop below the rated pressure of the spring. It depends on what external gate you have. I have one of the new tial ones. A vac line goes from the turbo to the side of the wastegate with a t piece to the ebc solenoid i think it's the input side. From the output another line goes to the top of the wastegate. All that's left is to set up the boost controller. My blitz is set at 28 vol an 46 gain I think it is to run .8 bar and then 0 and 46 gain for .5. Hope that helps they can be a nightmare if

AEM say 36 inches from the turbo is the best place but I couldnt be arsed to drill a hole and weld the boss into either my td04 decat or HKS system so lambda boss it was

Mines getting louder it was pretty silent on motorway until you hit boost and it roars. Think all the centre and back box is finally destroying the packing

I got rid of the lambda all together didnt have a problem on the ct9 with fuelling but now ive gone td04 im upping the pressure a bit

Got a td04 kit from ricky 2 words - shit hot! Even the spot welds on the racetech badge are bang on. No problems with this flows free and with a td04 the car gets abused no cracks and hints it will can't fault it. Matt
