  1. The tig welding on these is 2nd to none. Pretty quiet but has a nice note on idle, not too loud sat on the motorway but livens up on boost
  2. You can either draw round the internal wastegate flap onto the turbine housing itself and port it so itll flow better, or fully weld roound the flap and get an external wastegate. If youve got a stainless or mild steel manifold already, you can modify it to fit an external wastegate and then get a piece of pipe for a screamer pipe. Personally I'd go for the 38mm Tial MVS v band. They're pricey but will last and if you can to another turbo you can still use it . It'll hold .8 bar all day long or you can use a lower spring and a boost controller.
  3. I got a small copper mallet tapped the front off the disc where the wheel bolts are and then tapped it round the entire disc until it came off
  4. yeh cable seems to release ok, just doesnt seem to release far enough. Once I take the handbrake cable from off the caliper its fine but I have to move the arm slightly to connect the cable up.
  5. Hi guys, found my passenger rear caliper was sticking. Put new piston seal and all the dust boots on and the wheel turns freely, once i connected the handbrake cable back up the piston side pad seems to rub the disc and causes noise when driving. Is there a way to adjust one side of the handbrake so itll return fully or is there another issue? Cheers, Matt
