thats 190bhp with a blown exhaust manifold gasket as well I need to pull my finger out and get it set to 1.2bar

new shells were £43 and labour from the garage was £130 but that included my car being recovered from mine as i didnt want to drive it.

just wait and see how bad the shells are worn. My bottom end started knocking and i got the garage to remove the shells and polished the crank a little put new acl bearing in and its been going fine and thats with hard driving.
