had another few hours at it today - both engines are now fully plumbed up just need to get the alternator and starter motor back on the white car now and thats sorted also had chance to get my power fc all installed and make a start on the wiring for all the gauges etc, after that just need to swap over suspension fuel pumps and seats and then get the bodywork done and a map lol anyway more piks !!!

sounds like your thrust bearing is foooked pal so its a gearbox off job anyways !!

be up since half six this mornin which is earli as fook for me lol picked up the tools at 10 - 8 had a quick hour for lunch and then stopped at four. I've swapped my good engine on to a better BLACK shell lol - gunna swap all my bits over and get them both finshed in the next couple of weeks and get all my body kit sprayed and that its gunna look awesome gunna have like an all black stealth mobile and spray the buddy clubs black too !!!! oh and ther was a GTR in the garage too - its freeeeekin awesome

the hyper revs interior is siiiiiiiick as foooook ! RES-TEC- PA -
knocking is usually the bottom end around 2.5 - 3k revs is where its worse but it will be apparent on idle if its the top end it usually makes more of a rattle which can be caused by shims out of tollerence but if your rings were changed then 99% your rods will have had to come out so they shud have changed the bearings too .............

aswell as needing a new set of bearings sometimes it can damage the crank and possibly the rod of the worn bearing

just thought i'd throw up a couple of piks to show the clutch im using on my 5e as i have never seen one before and didnt take pictures the last time it was out, its basically an orc 309d but badged blitz and specific for the 5e i just think its cool as fooook lol - enjoy
