  12. Is it smoking from the exhaust / breeder / dip stick ?? Check those and tell us mate. Reverse can be a nuisance but than again when was the last time you changed your gearbox oil ? Might need some changing mate. Will always help and its not wasted money
  13. @NightSpirit - if you have an ep91 get the Greddy FMIC kit not the Blitz as personally I think it suites an ep91 more

  15. That was my old engine. Needles to say thats the engine which 99.9% is going to be rebuilt again
  16. Yeah next week will be fitting some of the main mods and slowly progress to the engine work when everything arrives. Next week will take some before and after pics of the work done. Should be good.
  17. Get yourself a fuel reg and fcd and raise the boost to 15psi mate. As for the intercooler I had one with the size 800x300x76 and I didnt modify it but had to take some brackets from the car out. One of them was the one going from the bonnet lock to the chassis below
  18. Put the boost to 1.1 with the following mods. HKS actuator is a must so boost will be steady ! HKS Fcd, FMIC, Decat + Exhaust + (if you want mani) and as for fueling mods all you will need is a sard fuel regulator and LEAVE the injectors and fuel pump STOCK as you will have loads of fuel in going in for nothing. Ran this setup for over a year and at the moment running the same stuff.
  19. Keep in mind by porting it you will increase lag mate. 99.9% I wont be doing it with mine neither when I put on the Blit K24 turbo (if i find one).
  20. Hey Geo. Get your head polished while its out and thinking of changing the gaskets and seals swapped. Take it to an engineer and he'll do it for you. If not thinking of doing that if you get a good cylinder head .. personally I wouldnt bother changing the seals. Just get yourself a new headgasket and fit it.

  24. Well after de-modding the car back to standard cause I was going to sell the car ... biggest mistake I was going to do. I decided what the hell lets do it up again and this time much more meaner. Here's a list of the parts I have bought till date .. still have to take some pics of all the parts I bought if you guys want to see the pics of them. Also the small pics to this link are old ones with the old mods I had hehe. Car basically looks the same now but slight better hehe. So let me know what you think and if you want pics of the parts and car. Will try get them for you next week. Also will try get a step-by-step write ups of how I'm going round to do my things as all the work and stuff will be done by myself. Only thing which was not fitted by me at the present date was my Cusco LSD. (PS.
