your cables could be a bit corroded/rusty inside as as they are under the car exposed to the elements its highly possible How many clicks will hold your car on a small hill ?? have you adjusted it lately??

i would imagine decats are much better, but i run a gutted standard cat and mines is fine and its a hell of alot cheaper than buying a decat
