  1. ive been after one for ages. hope they fit n/a. will look alot better than the gap at the minute.
  2. well i got mine done a year and a bit ago, so prices could have increased i guess. i would ring up and enquire mate. still 150 isnt to bad for the look it gives.
  3. www.tintr.co.uk the phone numbers on there mate. i live about 5 minutes from it. not sure what the waiting list will be like. i got lucky, rang up at 12.00 and got in same day at 2.00 and was done in about an hour and half. but my mate had to wait 4 weeks! well worth it.
  4. mine have been on for a year an a half now an no bubbles or scratches, the bloke at tint-r is a top geezer, i'd recommend tint r
  5. got these two side on pics. tinted windows look awsome on green ones mate. it cost me £120 from tint r in notts. they are dark smoke on back window, medium on back sides and light smoke on fronts. i feel it looks better this way as it all blends in nicely and dont look like a van. i got told this set up is legal by the bloke at tint r. but dont hold me to that.
  6. so i guess the alloy race radiator on ebay wont fit my n/a. very annoyed now cuz i want it loads. it dont think it specifies what model its for.
  7. i figured the straighter the feed the better, ive seen it done before. someone on here has it done as i found it in a search. dont think they are on it anymore as there last post was about a year ago! if it aint gonna be much difference its prob not worth it then. just wanted a better feed.

    subframes

standard seats aren't so bad i guess.
  9. scum. i think these people should have a hand cut off instead of asbos. wont be nicking much with one hand and if they do cut the other f**ker off.
  10. sorry for all the questions but im bored and thinking of what i want to do to my car next. has anyone moved there radiator to the left to obtain a better place to run a cold airfeed. is it a simple case of just unbolting it and rebolting it a little over to the left. looks this way but can anyone confirm this? should be the last question for now!
  11. just a quick one. are the radiators in n/a's and glanzas the same? keirz

    subframes

when getting bucket seats do you use your standard subframes or do you need to buy them. if so where from? im in the thinking about it phase at the minute. thanks in advance.

welcome. if you have any ep91 n/a cooling panels i would be interested mate.
  15. be different and think outside the box. remember the reason you chose a starlet and then build on that. look forward to seeing what you come up with. keirz
  16. cheers mate. £80 for both sides, which is not bad at all really as they have done a good job. should be about the same at most sprayers. i prefered to do this as they are there for a reason and removal could leave you with a nice door shaped dint! i wanted the whaletale style one that ive seen on a few glanzas but cant find it for sale anywhere. may get the glanza one on it in time. but im trying to curb my spending to buy a glanza. thanks gaz. theres a thin line between different in a bad way and in a good way. im just trying to push the boundries. get some mixed looks when people s
  17. ok mate. i have it on my manifold to reduce engine temps. when the exhaust gets hot the wrap smells a bit like biscuits which is an added bonus!
  18. i think the exhaust is not compatible. as for a material i would suggest thermotec exhaust wrap. you can get it off ebay. a layer of it wraped around the exhaust and strut should work well and its built for use on exhausts so is fully heat proof. hope this helps mate.
  19. welcome mate. dont know if im telling you this too late but the clear front lenses on ebay are about £30. the part numbers are on this site for them and you can get them from toyota for about £10 the pair. if its not to late do a search of the forum. i guess its an extra £20 saved to put towards building a sweet sr. keirz.
  20. shiney as ever. i like the speedlines. will look cool with windows tinted, and even cooler with a turbo stuck in there!
  21. nice motor mate. i kinda like the white wind deflectors aswell. when it comes to wheels performance has to be put before looks. even though they do look good also.
  22. nice wheels mate. cant decide which ones i like best as they both are awsome. red bolts look cool aswell. cuz of a mess up with my order i got lightweight bolts free. didnt realise they would be much lighter but they are weightless. a must have i feel but they are well expensive for nuts.
  23. i think i have figured out the fitting now. didn't realise they was so inaccurate. i basicly wanted one as i think they look good and also with a correct reading it may indicate problems before they become major. bit unsure whether to buy one know. if i did it will be purely for looks. and all in all gauges are cool as fook at night. when a bob corsa pulls up at side of you giving it the big un. give it some major revs, gauge needles bouncing around, shift lights flashing. then take a glimps across to see that the chav isn't so confident as he was before. then creep off slowly as if to say im
  24. the rubber mallet worked well for me aswell. it is my tool of choice whatever the job! there are two types of people in this world thinkers and big rubber hammer swingers. both get the same results. mine doesn't rattle at all either. good luck with it mate.
