the rings have gone on my glanza and its been sat on my drive rusting away for about 8 months now cus i cant afford to fix it, so its got to the point where im thinking fuck it im gonna have a go at doing it my myself. im no mechanic but ive done a few jobs on my car and changed the piston and rings on my old 125 road bike so i think i could do it with a little help from you guys. just want to get a heads up on things before i start. will i have to take the engine out? do i need any special tools? what else will i need to replace other than rings and gaskets and maybe pistons? where is the best place to get parts? any thing else ill need to know? cheers kirky

i was told u dont really need a safc with standard injectors u just need a fcd. what i did was get bigger injectors and use the safc to bypass fuel cut
