  1. Flywheel horsepower is a calculation, each dyno works it out in its own way. You have almost 30% losses with those numbers :\ Cheers Mike Jones Tuning Developments Ltd
  2. http://www.ukstarletowners.com/index.php?showtopic=58386&hl= Have an inlet for sale here bud Cheers Mike Jones Tuning Developments Ltd
  3. We've replaced a few of those, failed in very little mileage. Never fitted one, only took them out. So maybe they were bad ones that we saw. Cheers Mike Jones Tuning Developments Ltd
  4. We can turn the boost up here.... just drive steady on the way up and don't get carried away with your right foot and it'll be fine ;) Cheers Mike Jones Tuning Developments Ltd
  5. Waiting for this to be installed near the workshop Currently on a VERY slow connection Cheers Mike Jones Tuning Developments Ltd
  6. What he said In all seriousness, in our opinion the EManage is a much better idea than a 'plug n play', with the EManage it is setup for the exact spec of your car and will make the most of what you have fitted. Currently £549.00 all in http://www.ukstarletowners.com/index.php?showtopic=57353 Cheers Mike Jones Tuning Developments Ltd
  7. If the arm is too long it will still make boost when higher in the rpm as there is so much gas flow from the engine. As David says, check the pre-load on the actuator arm first and go from there. Ensure it is holding the wastegate flap shut quite firmly. Cheers Mike Jones Tuning Developments Ltd
  8. PM Sent buddy Cheers Mike Jones Tuning Developments Ltd
  9. If you're unsure then we can checkover the car on and off the dyno and find out what the issue is if you wish. Cheers Mike Jones Tuning Developments Ltd
  10. On a stock motor I would forget about a K26. Personal preference then between the K24 and TD04, K24 will spool a little faster, but the TD04 gives future proofing for more power should you decide to go forged. Cheers Mike Jones Tuning Developments Ltd
  11. Impressive, nice work Cheers Mike Jones Tuning Developments Ltd

  13. Welcome Neil Cheers Mike Jones Tuning Developments Ltd
  14. As above, those will not fit a Starlet. Hope nobody buys them thinking otherwise! Cheers Mike Jones Tuning Developments Ltd
  15. You will be having some pressure drop through the intercooler system, double check all your pipes etc for a start and make sure all clamps are tight. It is normal for some setups to boost slightly lower than the spring rating, although not by as much as you have quoted. ie, a 1bar spring normally runs from 0.9 - 1bar. Cheers Mike Jones Tuning Developments Ltd
  16. We sell a lot of the SPEC clutches, they work well, we still run the same clutch in Nicks GT which has been on various engines for the last 5 years! We also offer it with a 3.8kg lightweight flywheel for £599.00 Cheers Mike Jones Tuning Developments Ltd
