  1. Awesome to see a Hardstyle topic on here. If anyone wants another good Hardstyle album, try to see if you can download Qlimax - The nature of our Mind somewhere (cd of an event). There's some really decent tracks on it, including this one from Showtek: Sorta long intro, but gets really awesome. I'll see if I can add some more songs later, listened to hardstyle 24/7 last year or so, so still got a lot of albums/tracks.
  2. Welcome, your V is looking really clean and the wheels suit it nicely! OEM front lip is awesome, definitely improves the front of the car without being all flashy, really happy with my Toyo lip kit.
  3. HKS Turbo timer type 1 and harness JDM Candy (I couldn't resist ) Couple litres of BP Ultimate, cause it's ultimate.
  4. I was thinking of getting myself a HKS Turbo Timer type 1 ( http://www.rhdjapan.com/jdm-low/HKS-Turbo-Timer-Type-1-55343 ) next week. I still need a turbo timer, because I'm sick of waiting in the car. Always fancied the HKS type 1, since it's still a relatively new design and has tons of gadgets to play with. Which gets me to my question; will all the functions work or not? The type 1 timer uses 3 wires, handbrake wire, rpm wire and 'speed wire'. So does anyone know if it is possible to use all these functions, or does the Glanza have an analog signal for the speed, because it's a slightly
  5. Damn, that's an awful story. Don't know how the law is in the UK, but here in the Netherlands if you hit a kid (below 12 years or something) either on foot or on a bike you are always responsible, because the kids can't be held responsible (according to the law). In the case of the old woman, I don't think it would be his fault if she didn't cross the street at the proper place. But then again I don't know how the law is in the UK, hope the best for your friend, living with that feeling is worse enough, let alone going to jail etc.
  6. Yea, cars are quite cheap to buy in Germany. Actually a lot of people here in the Netherlands import German cars that are a couple of years old, mostly the more expensive ones Mercedes,BMW etc. all the premium stuff. I think the Germans only have a 'general' tax on cars which is the same as the percentage for everything you pay that is not food or something. Could make a comparison. Eeehm lets take a BMW M3 coupe: UK: £50,935 --> 56,180 euros Germany: 67,950 euros NL: 111,925 euros So basically it's still cheaper in the UK, but that's just because the euro is worth more these
  7. Looks really awesome! The car and the wheels fit so well.
  8. Actually I also considered to buy a 106 Gti, when I was still doubting whether to buy an EK4 Civic/Glanza. Did some research on the car and found out that a lot of people where having a lot of problems with them (surprise, surprise) and when everything was actually working, the gearbox was quite shitty apparently. So the 106 Gti got scrapped of the list quite quickly, but on the other hand if that's easier for you to get, I suppose when everything works they're pretty good cars, handling will probably be really good. Don't see how it could be easier to insure a 106 Gti though, seems to be just
  9. Looks good, especially the paint. Still looks really red, not faded.
  10. Get bronze/gold wheels. They always look mint on black/white/silver cars, but if you're not a fan of that I'd consider getting them in dark grey/gun metal or something. Can never go wrong with that.
  11. In the end I just think it's best to use the fuel you car originally was mapped for or the fuel that comes closest (in the case of jap imports). So for a normal (not Bmw M3, Porsche 911 etc.) EU car it would probably just be best to get the RON95 or whatever regular unleaded is in the UK. But then again I have to say I never really looked into this issue a lot so don't take my word for it.
  12. I've been using super unleaded (RON98 here) since I got the car. Would you guys reckon BP Ultimate (RON99 here?) is worth the extra money? Last week normal super unleaded was about 1.46 euros (at a random 'Pin&Go' pump) and BP ultimate about 1.54-1.55. So for 30 litres that would be about 3 euros extra, not that much if you look at it that way, but on the other hand if it's useless marketing stuff, it's still too much (I'm a greedy dutchman )
  13. Do you also sell the 'non-adjustable' ARB and how expensive would that be?
  14. Hmm weird? Is the older Yaris (Starlet P10 ) also in Forza 3 or something, that you might have taken that one? Would be really weird otherwise lol.
  15. You're supposed to be able to do swaps at any point in the game. Are you looking in the right section of the Tuning store? Because in forza 1 and 2 swaps were in the 'engine mods' section, but now they are directly in the Tuning Store section on the right side after body parts. You can do a RWD drivetrain swap as well by the way, but that doesn't work well with the 'ultimate' setup.
  16. Some nice wheels. Think they will really suit a Supra.
  17. Just 'cruising' around town I guess, not burning away money etc. I'd say for normal driving 2.5-3k and when 'racing' usually about 6-6.5k, since a totally stock 4E-FTE (at least my car) will die out after about 6.3k (went for a dyno run of my car).
  18. There are a lot of big games being released in Q1/Q2 of 2010, because a lot of games were delayed. Mostly because of MW2, most developers didn't have the balls to compete with Activision (and I don't blame them). Some games that are coming to my mind are Bioshock 2, Mafia 2, GT 5 obviously (although there is still no confirmed date, apparently it will be march 2010 in Japan, so that will be perhaps june 2010 here if we're lucky?), Splinter Cell Conviction, Mass Effect 2 and I probably forgot a couple of games too. It seems Q1 2010 will be even better then Q4 2009. And by the way, I'm gonna s
  19. You can buy it from Jezza.....read the thread mate. Ontopic: Looks really good on the car, also like the brackets just unpainted, but would probably look good painted too. Either way nice spoiler.
  20. When you're a student, there's no need for that. More than enough time to play games. I'm lvl 43 by the way and it still isn't boring me at all, Spec-Ops is quite fun too, although it does get hard in Delta and Echo.
  21. Well got bored today and started playing some Forza again after a lot of hours of MW2. Decided to tune my Yaris 'a little' (MR2 engine and GT4/AWD drivetrain and about 200k credits), now does 1/4 mile in 10.177 sec . 0-60 takes a little less than 2.7 sec and it has a top speed of 350 km/h. Handles like shite though, but who cares when it beats a Veyron.
  22. Think the spoiler on the green Glanza is a Toms Ep91 spoiler: Think it's that one, but haven't seen any on here or any forum, so they must be pretty rare.
