Nice JDM name you got there. Also, why didn't they expand there business to other (more popular) car models, not that I would like that, but perhaps that way they would have been able to survive. Seems rather weird to me? Why would you continue making stuff for an ever declining market (in Japan)?

Is that guy sure about most standard cars not having a BOV, every turbo car I encountered till now just has a recirculating type BOV standard, if you don't hear it, it doesn't mean it's not there. If that's true that would mean every golf tdi should be making turbo flutter driving down the streets. And I used the rally/race example, because they also have silly silly amounts of money. They don't care about changing the turbo every race or so. But opinions are really divided about this topic and I'm no expert either, just seems logical to me that it would be bad (otherwise why would they have invented a BOV in the first place and why would all car manafacturers with large teams of engineers fit one standard?). But on the other hand, it might just be possible to do it if the difference in lifespan isn't that big (in stead of 100,000 km, something like 75,000 km).

Yea, I think that's the way to get the turbo flutter, but I always hear stories about it being really bad for your turbo? Would be pretty logical, since you usually only see it on rally/race cars.

Have had the car for about 7 months now, nothing has broken in that time really. Only had to buy a new battery and might replace the brake pads soon, but that's just service items so far. Oh yea my actuator is a bit worn, I heard those were a bit weak on Glanzas, but costs about 20GBP for a new one. Other then that, haven't really read any common issues with them? Obviously in the end it's still a Toyota, so it will be pretty reliable, but like everyone said, also depends how mint your car is when you buy it. As far as other cars I was interested in, that was the Civic EK4 (1.6 vti) for me. Really liked those, but this Glanza came for sale on the Dutch Starlet Forum (which doesn't happen a lot there ), so I bought the Glanza after some long thinking. I chose the Glanza, because Civics in the Netherlands are everywhere and (mostly) driven by petjesvolk (chavs), whereas a Glanza is really rare here. Also the Glanza was cheaper in taxes and insurance and had stuff like Climate Control and lots of goodies you (probably) wouldn't find on an EK4. To top it of EK4's were also slightly more expensive to buy.

Lol, reason I still remember it is that it clearly said in the manual that both 4 and 6 mm hoses fit on one side of the vacuum filter and the stock hose fitted perfectly on the 'widest/6mm' part. But measure it, just to be sure anyway.

Are you guys sure it's 8 mm? I replaced my BOV a couple of weeks ago and pretty sure the stock vacuum line is 6 mm, I also had to get a small 4 mm piece from the vacuum filter to BOV (but think that's only necessary with a SSQV).

Do you guys mean something like a Starlet in this colour? Guy on Dutch Starlet Forum tried to sell this, was the most horrible ad ever though and he was asking 4000 euros for it (about 3800 GBP? ). This particular one is pretty horrible though (saw it on a show).

I'm 6ft 1 and I do fit the Glanza, but it's not perfect. After about 2 hours of driving or so my right feet starts to hurt, because I'm too close to the pedals. There's isn't a whole of room between my legs and the dash/steering wheel either. As for as headroom, there's quite a lot of it actually. I even got a sunroof and still fits perfectly with room to spare. I think you might have some problems with your legs though, I'd definitely try one out first. Oh by the way just remembered something, I thought that if you fitted an aftermarket seat with custom/other seat rails you might be able to slide back more. I'm interested in getting this done too, since the standard seats are rater shite anyway, they don't really hold you into place.

God, I hate that so much. Actually stopped me from being interested in a Mazda 323F V6, cause they all had friggin' blue dashboards.

Am 1st prestige lvl 53 after about 100-110 hours of gameplay. If anyone really wants to level insanely quick, just keep doing S&D, you can get like at least 10000xp a match. Only downside is you don't rack up any kills for your weapon upgrades. I usually just do Mosh Pit, has all the modes and good players.

Well imo FPSes are much better to play on the PC. Mostly due to the better controls, better graphics and usually better online play (less lag, less screaming american kids etc.). On top of that PC games are usually cheaper (or just easy downloadable ) and there's usually more mods and a bigger community. But also have a Xbox for games which aren't released on PC (like Forza 3 lately ).

I have it on PC, way better then those aged consoles.
