Since the economy has gone down ive stopped warming her up and just drive slowly off boost where as before a week ago I used to let her warm up for 5-8 mins on the turbo timer while I finished my tea so I could get inside a warm car during the freezing weather that we had.

I thought about this, but the weather was a lot worse 1-3 weeks ago then it is now.

Since around the time I had my car serviced just over a week ago my fuel economy has gone down. I used to get 75 miles to a tenner of V power ( 8 litres ) and now im getting around 55 miles driving economically. The service consisted of New oil ( 5w40 fully synth ) oil filter, fuel filter and rad flushed and new coolant. I keep checking the tyre pressures and they are spot on and ive checked for any fuel leakes in which I found none. Running a standard ecu with Mani, decat and full exhaust. Anyone have a clue what could be the problem? Maybe something wrong with the fuel filter?

Admiral had the Glanza V and S mixed up, which they have sorted now. That is why you used to get cheap quotes with them.

North London dude, it takes me about 25 mins to get to the M1. Maybe if you guys text me when your about 25 mins away from it I would leave and then just meet up on the M1?

Chemical guys new look trim gel is good. You can get it from most detailing sites.

The two bucket method uses two buckets, not one. In thie first bucket, you have your car wash solution as normal. In the second bucket you have clean fresh water. First off you soak your mitt in the wash solution and begin washing the car. Then, before dunking the wash mitt back into the wash solution, you rinse it out in the second bucket of fresh water - this rinses out the dirt and grit particles from this mitt so that they cannot come into contact with your paint, reducing the number of swirls inflicted.

You would never belive that Toyota had the gt turbo quadlight, MR2 turbo, celica gt four and the Supra all out and for sale at the same time. Now they cant even release one fun car.
