  1. Well update time. Its been 1 heck of a journey re shelling the whole car and modifying and improving various aspects of this compared to last glanza. But she is now a full rolling shell and ready to go for a dyno tune (check to make sure its running as should) and geometry set up. Had my good freind liam aka ep82gi pop down my unit to lend us a hand installing new handbrake cables and exhaust system. Heres latest pics excuse the faded trd sticker. This is my previous bonnet waiting for warmer weather till cruise bonnet gets repaired.
  2. Cusco r amazing diffs.. But so aggressive compared to others.. Glad your back out enjoying it pal.. Have to meet up 1 weekend when im back
  3. Think mine was damaged in crash. As it stays at 50 per cent no matter what you do. Now sourced a new one. Once here i can arrange a drop off date with mapper..
  4. Does anyone know the size of the bolts the 4 base bolts that secure a seat in place?
  5. I did have 1 dude.. But got no reading from it when i look at laptop. I rang jenvey and they have agreed to send a new unit to me.. Fingers crossed it works..
  6. Cost me 50 quid extra for the spring change on all 4 guys. So 12.50 each coilover. I requested the spring rates i got after talking to the guys at meister. Thanks guys for the comments.. Slight annoying update.. Jenvey and omex have seperated and omex are now using gm throttle sensors. So im hunting down the old type i have or its ecu back to omex for a new board to accept a new gm sensor.
  7. Yup i watch them all.. Actually most people i talk to only have heard of e85 because of mcm
  8. Omex would cost 2k say 2.5k set up.. Its steep i know but is worth it
  9. I use atspeed as i known them for years. They did map my old emu.. But omex is their baby. Stand alone is the way to go dude.. Just find a tuner and go with a ecu they use
  10. Welcome mate. At least you can learn from mistakes or stuff u didnt like on old starlet.. Just decide what will it be? Track only weekend fun car and track Or a daily.. Wont be long before im on road in my new shell..
  11. Atspeed racing. Colin thorndyke mapped mine. Writes the omex software so he knows them inside out. his 106 turbo was in the 9s on compression and had over 400bhp. The tune is key.. As are cylinder pressures.. You should be fine with that skim gord
  12. I run .6mm hg. Omex 600 ecu Td05 18g at 1.8bar no problems. Comoression is 8.5.1
  13. Theirs a dyno day at atspeed on 11th june. Grease junkies is the car club thats arranged it.
  14. Lucky sod being out in it.. Well done matey.. Hope im not too far off joining ya
  15. Thats rubbish mate.. Granted i have a larger exhaust but my downpipe is 2.5 inch never had issues. My mapper had over 430bhp on his 1.6 106gti and that was 2.5 from downpipe to backbox..
  16. Acetone. Let it soak and it peel off after few hours.
