  1. Right today was a big day.. Wiring loom and dash have been installed..
  2. Managed to fit this today guys.. Sussed it the end..
  3. Rob.. this is a reshell buddy.. I got most of it there or there abouts. Just need to know where the bracket on interior loom that connects to engine loom under heater matrix fits and sure can work rest out. you got any pics of it without dash in rob? That be a good starter for me
  4. Right im making a lot of progress on my build.. I now ready to fit interior loom. I have fitted the boot and rear light part of loom. But i need a picture of how it fits so i know how to feed it to the right places.. Any pictures of dash removed but loom intact will be greatly appreciated.
  5. Quick update. I bled the brakes and clutch yesterday.. 2 of the new fittings leaked.. But repaired them.. So brakes and clutch are now all bled up.. Feels strange having a brake pedal again..
  6. Thanks will.. if im reshelling it had to be clean only regret it further down the line You still breaking yours?
  7. Thanks fella.. Today had an unexpected call which turned out to be good news. pro alloy who made my rad and intercooler had the founder pass away over xmas so repairing the intercooler and rad wasnt expected till march.. however they started and finished them this week. Pro alloy made me a new radiator, but fitted a spal fan and proper brackets for nothing as old rad couldnt be repaired. Also the intercooler was repaired at same time and pressure tested to 40psi under water and no leaks. Heres pictures.. Also me and russ78 have made a start repairing the fibreglass panels damage
  8. So had a day off yesterday, very rare.. So decided to pop down the unit as my ball joints arrived. So set about fitting those. Then i realised i had my new braided lines from wms. So decided whilst in the zone to fir my front brakes too.
  9. With christmas and new year and be being quite ill since the turn of the year. Progress has been slow.. However i have now fitted my longer wheel studs, so hubs can go on when get some free time. Also rear brakes and handbrake are all connected. So rear end is built up.. Russ78 done me a nice deal as he is breaking his 1a0 glanza. So i got the bits i was missing after the accident on last shell.. Latest pics of rear.. plan now is to bolt front end all up. And bleed brakes to check for leaks with the new lines ive made..
  10. Deans old glanza.. Wonder if still td04 powererd as wheels were same as when dean sold it.
  11. Liam not everyone is hardcore.lol. I would sort handling out before power man. Brakes etc before track. My td05 18g hits 1.5 bar by 4500 rpm. But my spec is different to most regarding ecu and stuff. Also your map will make a difference. A bad map can make any turbo seem laggy.. Theirs so many variables. If road use td05 is noticably laggy. But a td04 is best all round turbo for track and road thats fairly cheap
  12. You need to check spline count on outer joints mate. Either 30/30 or 23/30
  13. Haha i wont message for my bits as their saved already.lol.. Everything is priced well matey. Some people can grab starlet xmas presents.
  14. Glad you got back ok matey.. at least cars safe now. cant believe how soft that wheel was though
  15. Good news charlie.. Looks like we both made some progress last couple weeks.
  16. Atspeed racing in rayleigh. However standalones they like. They specialize in omex ecu. My advice find a decent tuner and see what they say.
  17. Na never easy.. Start with the piece that goes in between the b pillars. Once that is fitted you work out rest easy enough.
  18. All front 4. And 1 rear i beleive. Dude you just got to measure it up
  19. Arb is hammerite smooth gold. Rest are a different gold. Trick is to use zinc primer with a decent light base coat. Cheers though fella its taking time to make everything clean.
